The facility was always clean, well lit, and secure, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Access and office hours were convenient, and I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I was shown a video of the person breaking into my unit and was told I could NOT obtain a copy of it? Then was told the case was being closed due to me not acting in a timely manner. did not even get a discount on anything even tho THEY also seen my unit being broken into. They also charge way to much. Was paying 350 dollars for the units 10 x 15 for both. Found another location 30 x 10 unit $94 a month. Don't rent from any U- haul way too much;!

Greg E | First ImpressionsIt was usually dirty with homeless people inside & out . At one point my daughter moved out here & I got another storage unit for her . This was last July . Around late August/ September, apparently the air conditioning ( climate control) went out in her area . I spoke with a woman with a u haul shirt that was walking around , she said we would get a prorate for that month . When I went in to pay our rent the guy at the counter said it wasn't documented & no females worked there , so full rent was due . When she moved out , another of her perishables were ruined . So communication & customer service isn't great . It was much better when I moved in like 5 plus years ago .
