General Manager at the facility was super nice and toured me into the unit areas. We looked at a few sizes. Process was super nice and she found me the unit type I was looking for right away.

He acted both professionally and respectfully each time I had reason to meet with him. Kudos to U-Haul for hiring him! I will gladly refer people I know to the location on Broadway and Camino Seco in Tucson.

Richard B | First ImpressionsI completed the online move in process. Afterwards a staff member stated I wasn't allowed to do that and that he had to do everything manually upfront. We complied and followed him to the front desk, but he seemed very confused and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was extremely polite though, and I got moved in one way or another.
