We were told by UHaul Cust Svc to pick up at 5Pm. The staff unaware of the appt and unenthusiastic about helping us. 2 hrs later we left with the box. Poor comm between Uhaul Cust Svc and loc ofc.

So many errors and miscommunication on Uhaul`s end,alot of inconvenience for us and the cost kept changing. One dept has no idea what has been arraigned etc.

Secure storage wasn’t very secure, I found the gate unlocked at times, the staff lied to me about 17 ft truck availability and had to pick up a truck 15 min away in order to move my stuff to P.A.
