The trailer leaked! The whole reason for renting a trailer was to protect our things from rain and the trailer leaked! Everything that was in the back of the trailer up to about 3 feet was soaking wet!

Get your transportation team on the same page as the customer. It tells me to pick up at one location , don’t change it on me last minute and make me drive even further to get my truck I paid for. I literally got a text as I was walking into my pickup location. To go to a different location. Then I was told on the phone the 10 foot trucks have a ramp but found out they didn’t when I arrived. I needed a ramp but they didn’t have any 15 available. So I have to lift my equipment on the ledge which cause more work for me moving items.

The employee who helped me went above and beyond. I was nervous renting a trailer, but she walked me through the steps of hooking it up. She is amazing! I’ll miss living near that TOL uhaul.. they are the best!!

The workers are using their personal phones to manage the business. What I particularly don't care for is taking pictures of my ID with a personal phone. It should all be business equipment only please. They are all nice, and no problems with them at all. Thanks, Kevin

1.Provide on your site the total cost instead of a partial amount. 2. Find a way that the customer will not be charged an additional day if they are more than a hour but less than 24 hours late for returning the equipment like car rental places do. They allow customers to select the time they expect to return on their sites besides dates.

Great service and I did this during night time. Just make sure you download their app on your phone and have internet connection on your phone. I did without internet connection through their app but I was nervous I was going to go over my phone data. Thank you for your service!

When I called to reserve a truck the number I called was the location I wanted to pick up the truck. The person taking all my info stated the truck will be waiting for me at that location. I went to that location only to find out they were closed and had no trucks anyways. Made a call back to the number I spoke to earlier only to find out I needed to travel to a different location to find the truck, seven miles away. The reason I chose the first location was that it was closer to my loading destination, since I pay by the mile ! My complaint is not with the last place I finally got the truck but with the scheduler's misinformation !

I have used this location a few times in the past but this time was by far my best experience. The service has always been good but this time I would rate it as excellent. The difference maker was the people behind the counter. Very professional and fast with both my pick up and drop off. Friendly and professional people make a huge difference in the customer experience and this team nailed it!!

The check in was smoothe. At first I was purplexed by the copy scanning. Via cell phone of my drivers license however the young lady assured me its normal. The attendant Jamari I think is his name was very accomodating at check out. He quickly helped me and was very eager to assist me with getting my things from the van. I saw him quickly move to make sure the next customer was being hwlped. Thank you. I will return.

I had an issue with getting a refund with some furniture dollies that were not available when I picked up my rental. The desk help was able to work through the issue-but it took forty-five minutes. I had set up my pick up and return to be handled through the app-but it did not help because I did not have the equipment I needed when I went to pick up. I would have liked to be sent to another location that had all the equipment I ordered-overall-I was satisfied, but if you don't have the equipment, the app does not help. I would prefer this to be fast and user friendly.

I did the express check in online is still took a long time. After the chore of checking in I left with my van. I was down the street when I realized I didn’t get the moving pads. I called back and explained the situation to the lady on the phone. She took the information down. When I returned my vehicle I explained the situation to the young man who checked me back in with the van. I did not take a printed receipt, much to my surprise I was still charged for the moving pads!! I tried in vain to contact the store but could not talk to a human voice. I finally talked to someone that was not at the store. She took my information down and contacted the manager to get back with me. I NEVER heard a word from him!! It’s only $10 for the pads it’s still the idea though that I let plenty of people know my situation and did not receive satisfaction!!! So what’s next for me?

I have had the pleasure to deal with your representative Sadau Taylor on my last two rentals. Imagine a national service company where someone is pleasant and actually remembers your name. We had a wonderful experience with U-Haul in New Port Richey, Florida, Jasmine Estates location. The movers were excellent, and our U-boxes transported safely to Toledo, Ohio, Reynolds Road location. Then everything seemed to be unorganized. . We were overcharged storage fees, had to call numerous times without resolution, so went to facility in person. Finally reimbursed our overcharge. We hired a wonderful team of movers, Mr. Jeb Buress, and he & 2 other men were totally awesome!! Then again, the Reynolds Rd location charged us for a U-box on 11-27-19 and we had NO BOXES there, all were delivered & RETURNED on 11-09-19. I had to make several phone calls to get a charge reimbursed again. This lack of communication should never happen. Issue finally resolved today. The manager, Rafael, has always been kind & polite, but just trying to bring a billing issue to your attention so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

We were told by UHaul Cust Svc to pick up at 5Pm. The staff unaware of the appt and unenthusiastic about helping us. 2 hrs later we left with the box. Poor comm between Uhaul Cust Svc and loc ofc.
