We got our vehicle back 20 minutes before 24 hours, and the store was closed so we followed the instructions only to get a message that we would be charged for two days, in stead of one. Very frustrating after a long day of moving. My husband used the chat feature and the person almost did not talk to him because he was on my phone and using his for reference. The name was coming up "Sharon," he gave his drivers license # and information to prove who he was and the woman STILL used the name Sharon. They did not reconcile the account and we had to contact the store the next day. The store was fine with everything.

The truck was clean, but it drove very poorly. I don't know if it was the alignment or what but it was terrible. It did, however, get the job done! It was just a little scary to drive. Other than that, everything went well.

Improve your phone response system. I called and tried to speak to a specific location for a simple problem but kept getting routed to a answering line which had no idea what was going on with this location.

Everything was great except the truck cab smelled like an ashtray. Not sure how you can stop people from smoking in it when they rent it though. So I would still highly recomend this location and Uhaul in general. Well worth the $$

I was promised that my UHAUL would be ready with the $10 appliance dolly. The truck wasn't ready and I had to get the dolly from inside before leaving (The process in all took about 30-45 mins). The guy who was at the checkout counter didn't even say anything about it. I was handed a piece of paper to mark down any damages that didn't have a circled x sticker and after adding multiple things, no one even came out with me to look over the truck. There was nowhere to attach the dolly inside the truck so on one of our last loads the dolly slid up against the bottom of our washer, making several dents and breaking a door off the bottom. Not impressed with UHAUL at all this move.

Guy told us one of the staps was optional and extra and We didn't need to put it on. We almost lost our car towing on the expressway! We were not given the right info and almost killed people, and lost our car! Also the wheels turned and a trucker instructed us to wrap the stearing wheel with the safty belt for that not to happen. You shouldn't rent out equipment if you don't know the safety rules to tell your own customers.

I don't like having to pay for an extra day just because I picked the trailer at 9am and couldn't drop it off until 11:30 the next day. Prorate at the very least. Why pay for 24 hours when I only used it for 2 extra hours.

Reserved online and received my email confirmation. In that email it said a representative would contact me if the truck I needed wasn't available at that location. I called the morning of my reservation to confirm I can still pick it up there and they ended up telling me that it wasn't and I had to go to a location that was not convenient. Very disappointed that I never received any communication regarding the change in location and that I had to call to find out. After further research on the call the representive was able to find a closer location. However, it would have been a very frustrating experience if I went to the location I chose and the truck wasn't available, thankfully I called beforehand but i should have been notified by one of your representatives prior.
