James P. | First ImpressionsI kept some things in storage with U haul for about 5 years or so, never had any issues except for prices which that's an issue everywhere these days. I only had one problem when I was going to empty my unit, I got behind in my rent and couldn't get into the place which is understandable. I caught my rent up with the intention of emptying it, the person told me I had 5 days until the rent was due again and I said it would be empty by then. I went there 2 days later only to find they still had there lock on it so I called and was told it would be removed the next day or the day after so 2 days later I went and it was still on called again and was told the same thing. I couldn't make it back there until the next week and was denied entry due to lack of payment so I called and spoke with the manager Jessica and explained the situation and she was amazing, she apologized about everything got me access to my unit and I emptied it that day. I would recommend U Haul to anyone who is in need of there types of services. Thank you.

KEN K. | Overall ExperienceWasn’t happy that I had to go to N Reynolds twice bc nobody cared to inform me that I had to sign the contract there & not on Monroe St. Super inconvenient during move day. The young lady that helped me when I came back was very sweet & accommodating when I told her what had happened. She saved the day for me & I can’t even remember her name. Sads 🥺
Carrie S. | First ImpressionsIt is advertised this facility would be open between 5 am through 10 pm, Monday through Sunday. One evening I came at 9 pm, to drop off some boxes and the gates were locked. Another time I came at 5 pm on a Sunday and the gates were locked. In both instances, my card was denied access and the card swipe indicated the facility was closed for the day. This is not consistent or convenient for anyone renting a space. I was very unhappy with the situation.
