I would have given five stars, except I had to get two different units, and even though I asked for twenty four hour access, it was not added to my card, so that when I tried to access my unit after office hours, to actually put things in it, I was not able to get in.

You charged me for a month after I had already moved out, and then assessed late fees and threatened a lien on nonexistent items in the empty locker. When I called to fix this, I was told a GM would contact me within the hour. It's been a day and I haven't heard anything. I will never again rent a locker from Uhaul and will advise my friends and family to do the same.

There was no information that this location is not staffed, on website or at location. Phone number for storage unit was no good. Luckily found a phone number on a small link in the web site.

The storage unit itself was fine. The amount charged for a moving truck rental is outrageous. Honestly .99 a mile is more than some over the road truckers make. I won’t be using the service ever again

Pick up and drop off were very difficult. My cell signal was poor (I have Sprint) so I had to wander around the parking lot until I could get it to work. The first van I got into had a low tire so I had to call customer service. Between pick up and drop off I spent almost an hour.

It said it was open 24 hours a day, but no one was there the day of my drop off. And, I called for two days after my drop off, to inform them of my drop off, but no one ever answered the phone. This location is not really open 24 hours per day, in my opinion.

I just happened to get lucky when I got here. This storage facility is no longer open. There is still storage here, but you have to call Reynolds Road if you need anything.

It would have not come cost me an additional $4.50 in extra mileage had they had the vehicle at the location I requested on the south side of the city. This I found to be a sneaky way to get more money out of me. I will not be using a I haul by booking it online again in the future.

I recommend that when a Uhaul truck has a cracked windshield that you do not loan it to a customer. On 12/27/2017, I rented a 15 foot vehicle. When I went in the cab, I saw a 6" crack in the windshield. There were four stickers on the crack indicating that four other people saw this crack. The outside temperature was 1 degree. As I drove the vehicle, in the first mile the crack grew to over 2 foot long. I promptly returned the vehicle. The vehicle should not have been loaned out to a customer in this condition but should have been repaired.

Everything worked extremely well. The only suggestion I would like to bring to your attention is the seal on the door was allowing road dirt into the trailer which did soil some of our items.

I had a very bad experience at the time I rented the U-Haul. It was me and my service dog. We were left stranded and the U-Haul people were more than considerate to me. I am 65 yrs. old and couldn't get help from anyone. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone else treated me like dirt, but didn't hesitate to take my money.
