Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFriendly and helpful staff!!
Damon C | Experiencia generalI was told one price when I got to storage he saw I was told that price when reserving it but said that was the wrong price and it was almost 50 dollars more. I do plan to call about this issue.
Tina P | Primeras impresionesAndrea was extremely helpful and made this process very easy! Thanks!
Armando B | Experiencia generalVery nice and very helpful.
Tate K | Primeras impresionesTo many changes ,unprepared, other than that good service
Yolinda S | Primeras impresionesI am disabled and requested a ground floor or elevator access and instead I got at the top of the stairs having to go up and down the stairs when I'm disabled and they would not accommodate me
Crystal G | Experiencia generalMyo and his staff were very helpful. Great all around.
Chris S | Experiencia generalWeren't organized and short staffed
JERUSALEM o | Primeras impresionesI'm sure the facility access hours are convenient for some but I work during the day and that didn't give me a very long period of time that I was able to access the facility. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated getting my first the free and getting a lock from them. Thank you.
Loretta s | Experiencia generalThere’s never convenient parking. It seems like uhaul doesn’t plan the layout for each location well. It’s always jammed up with trucks and hard to find a convenient spot to park either a personal vehicles or rental.
Bailey D | Mudanza en líneaThank you
