Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe elevator was locked and inaccessible. There was no notice that would happen when I was in the store and signing up for the storage unit. I had to call another storage facility and last-minute rent a unit elsewhere. The facility is only accessible by key card so I don't know why the elevator was locked and shut.
margaret v | Primeras impresionesThe manager was not nice to us when we had an issue with our reservation. She made us feel like we were stupid and didn’t know how to handle things properly. If I wasn’t desperate for a storage unit I would have gone elsewhere. Also the very old single elevator that can only be used by one person at a time was so inconvenient. The wait time to use it was excessively long. We will be going elsewhere in the future.
Laura F | Experiencia generalYou should remove the sign saying 1st month rent free for storage. No where does he has all the stipulations or requirements listed. Your sign is false advertising. The people were extremely nice and helpful especially the woman who works in the morning (sorry dont remember her name).
jacqueline h | Primeras impresionesThe manager is not ppl friendly and has a nasty attitude problem
Shanarryah W | Experiencia generalWhen I first rented the unit I had a good experience but over time it became less about the customer and more about the bottom line. You can have a storage unit for years and have a hard time one month leading to a late payment. The unit will be locked 2 days after the due date. If I ever need another storage I’ll explore other options.
maya m | Experiencia generalThanks Great job Tina at Syracuse ny Erie BLVD location
Clifford R | Experiencia generalAwesome 💯
CALVIN B | Primeras impresionesUnhappy elevator use is limited.
Marvis D | Primeras impresionesI got scammed into buying a lock for this unit, but upon going up to look at other people like they all had the same regular one that I was initially going to put on. I am a loyal customer with U-Haul and I honestly feel robbed over the few times that I’ve used U-Haul services and I think that it has come to an end and I will never use U-Haul again.
