Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI did not interact with the staff so I cannot rate that section. It was convenient to do everything online and the instructions were very clear. The facility was very clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that my rental was supposed to include a free lock and there was no lock in the unit when we arrived.
Elizabeth H | Experiencia generalI have been to over 500 storage facilities across the country over multiple brands and the service of the GM (James) and his staff were in the top 5% this is the type of employee that will keep your company at the top of your industry
John T | Experiencia generalI had the storage for two years. It was convenient for moving and not having to transfer anything. I could just stop in and pick up what I needed or drop things off. It was very well maintained and secure. I had no worries.
Kimberly J | Experiencia generalFALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! They didn't have the vehicle or the size storage unit that I reserved!!!!! I was told these things would be available if I needed to move before my actual reservation date, (which I did end up having to do). When I called to tell of the new date, the person that made the original reservation for me (Stephanie) remembered our call and told me that the vehicle and the size of storage space that were reserved for me were available. (BTW- when I called and made the reservation, I asked her if she was at the location that I was calling about and she said yes.) When I got to the moving & storage location to pickup the van, Stephanie was not there and I was told that neither the vehicle nor the size space that I had reserved were available. I had to move on that day I went to get the vehicle. I ended up having to pay for a larger storage unit, (as the vehicle was the same price). Even the person taking my data for the vehicle and storage said that this shouldn't have happened. But, being in the situation I was in., U-HAUL was able to get over on me!!!! Because my 1st month of storage is free (as I rented the vehicle), and I have no place else to store my belongings right now. I am leaving it there. But I am looking to move it as soon as a smaller unit becomes available elsewhere. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!
Jackie C | Primeras impresionesThe employees of this company are great people and I'm thankful I the pleasure of doing business with them. If I ever need another storage unit again I would definitely rent from this U-haul company on Thompson Road.👍👍
BEVERLY G | Experiencia generalThe storage facility was clean, easy to access, well lit, and the loading dock made for easy loading and unloading of my items.
Marc T | Experiencia generalIt was perfect
