I found the Uhaul staff to be very friendly and helpful, the storage room was clean well kept and I got my belongings back in the same good condition at they were put in there.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulStaff was very very helpful! Thank you
CELIA R | Primeras impresionesThe girl who was working this weekend was kind and informed. Also, the website was down on Saturday when we were trying to check in, but the woman on the phone was helpful, and nice. I’m honestly impressed! I miss businesses running this way.
Dakota W | Primeras impresionesGreat experience here
ROBERT C | Experiencia generalThe only problem I had was that my storage unit was supposed to be 10x10 but I was assigned two 5x10 units. This was difficult to get the larger pieces of furniture in the small door.
Donna L | Experiencia generalThe mold and mildew that was in my unit was astounding... I threw away two trailer loads of goods.... So many boxes of clothes and shoes ... Furniture destroyed... As my unit was adjacent to a swamp... With a 1-ft water line up the wall... Clearly had a flood. . And no one mentioned it to me... I was shocked to find all my items destroyed when I moved out !!!! Cicero, New York.. do not rent along the back of the facility .. row D !!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT... AT $200 A MONTH !!!!!!
Shelly M | Experiencia generalAlways a great place to store things with a helpful staff
Melinda T | Mudanza en líneaThe female that helped me out was very friendly and very helpful. Very good service.
KEVIN M | Primeras impresionesOutstanding customer service Ty Phil & crew!!
JEFFREY H | Experiencia generalIt was seamless. No complaints at all. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place for storage for a moving van. Fair pricing
Kimberly G | Primeras impresionesThe unit I was given has taped over holes in the roof…. I brought this to the attention of the staff working that I was concerned my belongings would get all wet because of the poorly tape holes and was told “oh is it a giant whole missing or what does it look like ? Because if it’s not a large hole we just tape over anything else.” Avoiding answering the will my belongs I’m moving in there going to get wet ? She was nice otherwise not her fault. But to not be offered a different unit or to be even be renting that out like that kinda sets the tone of this place. The price is about the same anywhere else with climate control which this facility doesn’t have all outside units so that really doesn’t make it worth it. There is an abandoned building assuming owned by uhaul because it’s right next to the units falling apart inside just asking for squatters. Overall you wouldn’t think this quality would be something you’d find in Cicero more something you’d see in the city. Had to move that day so no choice but to use this unit for at least now but would not recommend to family or friends
Faith E | Mudanza en líneaExpensive
anna s | Experiencia generalExtremely helpful for our one way move.
Allison p | Primeras impresionesPhil was very helpful it seemed like he went the extra mile above and beyond compared to other places of business that I've dealt with I'd have to say that Phil was extraordinary one of a kind and I appreciate it doing business with him I look forward to doing much more business with people like Phil I am grateful and thankful
sean v | Experiencia generalRented inside access for better protection from weather. End locker has two exterior walls. There are gaps between the walls and foundation floor. Standing water at door.
