Overall it was a good experience. Wanted a lot of information though.
james edward s. | Overall ExperienceNeeded to change unit after the ceiling fell out and damaged my things but after attempting to many times by visiting the workers in the office and making phone calls no change was made. I also asked several times about getting refunded for the last full month of October and 11 days of November. At the very least I wanted the remainder of November refunded since I was moved out on the 11th but have still not gotten a response. Uhaul is not the storage facility I would ever choose again or ever tell friends and family to use.

Next I understand it’s next to woods but the amount of damage done to my stuff in storage was crazy. There should be a dumpster in the storage for customer to use. I would go there and would be food wrappers in my unit from the animals
