The person at this location was very helpful. The allowed mileage at pick up was less than what was quoted during online reservation... perhaps due to the pick up location being changed by U-Haul? Apparently, the vehicle I requested was not available at the preferred location. He made a notation on the contract to allow additional miles. We did make it under the lesser mileage, but this was a great example of customer service.Gale W.

I had a blow out had to wait an hour on the phone for assistance. I was on one phone my husband was on the other via the website portal, it was a mess. It took 3 hours for the whole process to complete. I will never deal with you all again. Very unorganized. They put me in a very dangerous positionTAMMY LYNNE I.
Overall the truck was very clean, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to ride with the windows open so I didn't have an asthma attack from it. Even people I know commented on smoke smell coming from me after riding in the truck. This is the only time I have had a truck smell like this over the years of renting any trucks.John F.

The staff at the Brewerton Rd facility were helpful and courteous. They could not, however, assist me with correcting the $430 overcharge error and directed me to call the 800 number for assistance.
