I was in uhaul on 7/17/18 at 2:30 pm about unauthorized charges . The lady at the desk was very nasty she was yelling and acting like I was lying about the charges even though I had proof from the bank and we also contacted the bank via phone if these are the type of people I will have to deal with in the future I will never return to your establishment????????

The rep was rude regarding my 7 day reservation of a 15ft truck. She offered to give me a storage unit for a month at the same price. She said that this was the only 15ft truck they had a that needed to accommodate other customers! I asked her why then I’d be able to make this reservation online if it was a problem. She said she was off for July 4th and that she would have called me if she saw the reservation. Frankly, this is not my problem and last I check I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER! I will never get a uhaul again.

I picked up a 15’ truck and it had a quarter of a tank of gas. Just don’t feel as if I should’ve started my move going to the gas station so inconvenient. Shameless really. Your costumers want the transaction to be as seem less as possible thank you for asking. I will still continue to use uhaul but please step up your game

I am not someone who usually complains but my experience was kind of unpleasant. The staff was very grumpy, the location was difficult for me to get to (the original location that I booked was closer to me and fewer miles away but they called and sent me to this other location because no trucks were available). I would of booked a different company if I realized that the location I picked had no trucks available but the website did not tell me what that location had or did not have. The gas tank only filled to 7/8 so when I tried to fill it to full it spilled gas all over me and the truck. It was difficult to put gas in because the pump would not stay on, I had to fill it extra slow so it would smoothly fill and not shut off. The air freshener was so strong it made it difficult to breath with out the windows open. Other than that it was fine.

The company is a mess. There are very few uhauls with respect to how much of a demand there is. The online service is horrendous and the customer service to call is even worse.

I use a truck or cargo van almost every week about 7 months out of the year, and a few times in the Winter, so I am familiar with the Erie Blvd location and its generally the best. My last rental however the gas was off by 1/8 of a tank and the miles by about 10. I am supposed to check these before I depart, my fault for not doing so. Just need to say something.

Manager on Erie blvd (Timothy) didn’t go over anything or tell me what i had to do when i returned truck. Just say sing here and here’s the key. While being waited on, he had some girl behind counter that didn’t work there and was flirting with her in front of me and another customer. He also was very rude and a “smart ass” to me and my friend. Horrible customer service skills, especially for the manager of 5 years!!

The gas tank meter was incorrect and as I went to fill it it overflowed at the station. Than when I looked at the gas meter in the truck it read 3/4 full. I had to pay 9 dollars more at the U-haul location for the difference.

You gave me the wrong truck. I estimated a 17' truck for five hours, two trips totalling 10 miles. Because you gave me a 14' truck, i had to make a third trip. I was only able to load the third trip and then wasnt able to unload it for another three days, causing me to have to go well over the estimated 10 miles, and costing me an additional three days. From now on I'll use Penske. I may pay a bit more, but i know I'll get the equipment i reserve. I'll be posting to Yelp as well, and notifying the BBB

Great Experience,came in without a reservation,and the staff went above and beyond to help us with our request.Had no problems with the rented vehicle, served its purpose,and we were done with our task in no time at all,return the vehicle,paid and were on our way.Very professional and courteous staff,would recommend this U-Haul facility for all your planned and un-planned,hauling services.

The overall experience was very good. Tammy, the lady who assisted me, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The only comment would be to enlarge the drop off parking spaces so the trucks can more easily fit in them

The floor of the truck was soaking wet. The dolly and furniture bag needs different placement. Currently, it sits at the back of the truck in the way, and it’s not cool to force people to pay for something just because it’s in the way.
