Would have given excellent but for the issue of the automatic payment system which did not work properly and I ended up being charged almost a months rent in late fees!

SHANNON B | First ImpressionsMy unit a 5x15 was in a dark corner. The lights were constantly on the Frits in that corner and no light of any kind in my actual storage unit. Very inconvenient when I needed to get to anything in my unit. This is one of the reasons I moved to another facility. Also, the policy of not assisting customers with a lock cut when they lose their keys. This happened to me and I had to pay a locksmith according to staff. Other facilities do not have such a “policy “

JUAN L | First ImpressionsAn easier check-in for unit and our moving truck would be nice. And a vending machine would be a great addition as it was over 100 degrees when we moved in and we ran out of water.
