I have had my storage unit for about 10 years I think, but I got a call from someone who was part of a company wide audit. This person said that my veterans & over 55 discounts would no longer be available. I told that person & the management at the facility that as soon as my rent went up because my discounts being taken away I would be leaving. That was November of last year. I told management I was leaving and twice when I rented a piece of equipment, it was not checked in promptly and I was double charged. Then it took until 20 April 2023 to get around to auctioning of my property. All of this resulted in a total bill of about $860. Unacceptable. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL SERVICES EVER SGAIN AND WILL HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE ASKING TO USE UHAUL TO GO ELSEWHERE DUE TO THE UNFATHOMABLE INCOMPETENCE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY ! I WILL NEVER PAY ONE RED CENT TO UHAUL AGAIN AND SINCE MY INCOME IS UNGARNISHABLE, DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE ME TO COURT ! I WILL LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE GRAVE AS TO HOW A FINE COMPANY COULD FALL SO FAR DOWN INTO THE TOILET !
