Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff here are extremely rude. We checked out on the 10 of October and asked that our rent for the month be prorated. They said they would not do it even though we called early in month to say we were checking out on 10. They forgot to add it to the account. Woman in the front office refuses to make eye contact at all time. And no she is not on the spectrum just rude. This has been an ongoing situation with them. We made a decision to do our storage with a different company because of this.
victoria B | Experiencia generalI only needed the storage unit for 2 months so the 1-year price lock was not discussed. The gentleman that assisted us was friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions.
JOYCE H | Primeras impresionesAwesome professional and attentive to my needs! Thank you
richard p | Primeras impresionesI would highly recommend U too anyone.
MARK B | Experiencia generalFor some reason, the AC in our building wasn't working well, so I would be concerned for the people who have serious climate controlled needs.
MATTHEW F | Experiencia generalUpon arrival, I met employee Karen, who sensed that what I was trying to accomplish was bigger than I expected. Karen generously offered to assist me and continued until I got accomplished what I came to do. I will always remember her kindness.
LINDA H | Primeras impresionesI've been trying to cancel my unit that i never used. Because it wasn't listed that there was no elevator at this facility. And when i went into the store to cancel they told me I'd have better luck on line. Which was a lie. I never moved in because the units were on the 2nd floor and split away with someone else's unit in between.
