To make a long story short, the GM was incredible. While most companies tend to hide behind “corporate policy and contracts” to justify behaviors, Keith operates as a businessman who hasn’t lost compassion for his fellow human and I’m grateful for him. The service is thorough and every agent had taken the time to assist me from start to finish. The lines of communication were open and that seems rare today. I’ll tell everyone who’ll listen that this is the storage location they need. Thanks for the opportunity and this experience!

My family and I have worked with uhaul since I was a child moving from Texas, Arizona, Colorado, new mexico, and back and forth all over and now that I'm an 30 something adult and this was by the best and most memorable team. Having to rent uhauls and move things out of storage can be a hassle. And everyone on this team has done their best in answering my questions, helping with pricing and coupons.
