Waited forever to get my rental, lady behind the counter only person to answer the phone get tied up entering phone contracts reservations while people stand in line and stand and stand. One person walked out. When I returned the rental it was worse. Counter person was very effecient and fast, just a one lasdy show when they need others trained to jump in when customers are lined out the door.

From placing order, editing my order, pick up, and return, everything was made simple and easy. Truck was clean and well maintained. One of the visors was loose but was not an issue, and upon return office staff had the part waiting to put it in.

I have rented about 5 times from this location. The last experience was perfect but other times not so great. I am not impressed with the management/ owner when I deal with them. I prefer just dealing with the employees .

It was just dusty inside in the van. My clean expectations are high though, especially during COVID. The windshield was dirty. I would think a sanitize wipe down and window clean would be in order before handing out a truck

Kevin and his team were top notch! We had interactions with him, Dawn and Taylor (she doesn't even work at this location but was there to pick something up when we were doing the mobile pick up and she helped us tremendously) - and they were all super helpful and extremely pleasant and fun people. We can't say enough great things about our experience with this UHaul location!

Not the employees fault but door to the back of the UHaul kept getting stuck and was unable to open. Check out process online was a nightmare. WiFi connection was not good and then couldn't open the back to take pictures. Wasted about 45 minutes.

Before I begin I just want to say that the things I'm going to bring out are not at all directed towards the staff at the location but it's more directed towards those who manufacture your products and the convenience of your apps Etc. On or about November 3rd 2020 I went to return your truck using your 24-hour service your service does not work I scanned your barcode I talked to one of your reps at your 1-800 number who was rude and didn't really want to help me trying to get off the phone therefore I was unable to return your truck properly. Number two your boxes suck I've never in my life experienced the experience I had with your boxes I mean I literally broke several items because your boxes fell apart....... literally came unattached from the seam....I mean garbage absolute garbage you need to fix that and I want a refund too...I spent quite a bit of money with you over this weekend and I don't appreciate the boxes tearing up as I'm trying to move them. Which is another reason why I was late returning the truck...only to be greeted with opposition ie your spp not working.

The guy had difficulty with the app but that was an electronic thing. The rep that assisted me was nice, helpful and on the ball! big kudos.

They indicated in my contract that the gas was at 1/2 full, when I got the truck and looked it was a little above the 1/4 level. So I had to put gas up to 1/2 full so I don't get charged $30 plus gas. Also I was charged $5.00 for 6 Furniture Pads, which they did NOT put in the truck.

The manager on site was wonderful and was very well mattered. He acknowledged my presence and was very apologetic for having me wait. He was also on the phone with someone who was rude to him and he was very polite and professional. He had stellar customer service and was the best I've ever experienced. He was very pleasant and kind to everyone and acknowledged them all. I would most definitely recommend this location.

I did the online check in but went into store because I arrived a little earlier. The employee seemed unsure of what to do and the manager had to help him they the process. I also ordered an addition dolly and it was not in the truck and got charged for it as well as a furniture dolly which I didn't order or was it inside the truck. Overall the experience was good.

Make sure lights work before customer pick up on trailers. Waited 45 minutes while the repair to the trailer lights was fixed. Overall, associate was pleasant and considerate. Would recommend location.

I will never rent from uhaul again I have been renting from there for months now. Spend ton of money for them to be petty over an hour late. Even though I called and let them know. So they can enjoy the last 550.00 I will ever spend with them. And i rrent 2-3 a month. Guess my money wasn't needed.

The associate was helpful but didn't document that the gas tank wasn't full. I even joked with him when we went over the contract that I wouldn't return it with a full tank if the tank wasn't full. He clarified, the vehicle would have 7/8ths of a tank. We walked out to the vehicle and it was lower... he said don't worry just bring it back 3/4 full. Well, I only drove from Phx to Tempe, so I was at 3/4. I dropped it off at the next U-Haul location with 3/4, as he said I should, and I was charged $16 and some change. Clearly, he didn't put a note in the system of our discussion. I was too tired after the move to care and call U-Haul, but I'm a bit disappointed.

Would do something about the 30 min wait on hold when you call in . Made 3 attempts at 30 plus mins each never got to talk to anybody was very frustrated with the phone calls . Had to make the reservation online which I hate doing because of security reasons

Very painful mobile pickup. GUI is not smooth and mobile pickup took almost 40 minutes to complete. Make easier and prompt than painfu.

Keith. He was excellent. Please don't ever let him go. He is a great asset to the company. He went above and beyond father than buzz lightyear could ever go. His attitude, customer service, his whole personna is rare . He made all the customers smile and laugh. Service that you don't normally see at other places. You have one heck of a great employee. I would so recommend this facility and Keith. I didn't get a chance to meet the rest of your store team. If they're anything like him, you are lucky to have a gold team. Treat them good. Because they're treating us good.

I was there for 5 minutes before I could Find an employee then they helped a person who arrived after I did first then they asked me for info that uhaul never asked before then the computer crashed so what should have been a quick puck up took a long time evey time I use this location the procedure is different and when I point it out they tell me I am wrong they gave some good employees but the managers are not very goid

Have been a U-haul customer for years, but this is the last time I'll rent from them. I reserved my truck over a week in advance and U-haul called me the night before my move to tell me that there were no trucks available! THE NIGHT BEFORE MY MOVE! I now had to scramble to find another truck. U-haul front line people were great, but whoever decides to overbook or are just incompetent, need to be let go. District managers? Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting Jade.

Have used uhaul for many years for trucks and trailers. Until recently when you called uhaul you would consistently get a man who made it clear by his attitude that he had a lot of things he would rather be doing than talking to you. I have rented a truck from this location twice in the last month and dealt with a woman who was pleasant, patient, and very helpful (Dawn). This is my new favorite uhaul location now. Don Crockett.

Great facility. The manager of the facility is an incredibly nice man - welcoming, helpful, kind, understanding, accommodating. I watched him 40 minutes before closing on a Friday night with 5 customers in the store take care of each with professionalism, calm, patience and humor, while acknowledging the others in line. Great representative of the company. Saw a woman walking the storage area early Saturday morning while we were moving out. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she called me later to complete on my move-out. Once again, lovely, professional, kind and grateful for my business.
