I tried to arrange a rental through this location originally but gave up after waiting in line for 15 minutes, At least 3 other people left. One person on desk. I call Arizona Sound who set up my rental through 19 and Bell, When picked up equipment, people were courteous but takes way too long.

The staff at this location were great! My only issue was that online order didn’t reflect that I had ordered a furniture dolly in addition to the regular dolly. Some miscommunication in online ordering.

Corrected a timeframe problem from original contract origin and refunded my $100 cash deposit. Staff at the El Camino and Phoenix facility very professional and courteous but NOT the Auburn Blvd location.

After making my reservations online and then checking in online to avoid the wait, I ran into issues that were not mentioned on the website. I was told that, in addition to my telephone number, they would need two additional numbers to contact. I gave them my home number and they called it, but there was no one home since I was at the store. They then informed me that I would need numbers they could call immediately and verify. My cell battery was dead and I did not have any other numbers readily available, so it resulted in me having to go home, charge my phone so I would get some numbers, and delay me schedule by a couple hours by the time I got back with them. It would have been nice if, during the online check in process, they would have mentioned the additional requirements.

We had to stand in line an hour and that is no exaggeration. There was only one person working the counter on a Saturday morning which is completely unacceptable. He (Keith) did, however, handle it very well and as expeditiously as he could.

Really bad prices and really bad customer service can't believe I had to pay a $1 a mile this is outrageous a total of $75 for just a 2 hours use . Will never use your company again and will make sure to tell everyone I know of how expensive your prices are

I would NEVER use Uhaul. I spoke to a rep at 7:30 in the morning asking very SPECIFIC questions about my rental. Once I got to the actual location the information I was told was completely inaccurate. So I decided to call Customer Service and express my concern, I was hung up on by 2 different Reps, then told my another Rep that my call would be escalated and I would hear from someone in 3 business days. Then she suggested she transfer me to the regional office where I could address my concern. I then spoke to Another rep at the Regional office, I explained to her that the rep that set-up my reservation gave me inaccurate information. She then proceeds to tell me that regardless (not her words exactly) to what the reservation rep said when I got to the location and got the correct information that I had a CHOICE to take the rental or not. My issue is NOT only was I given WRONG information NO ONE had the decency to apologize to me for having to spend more money and waste a LOT of valuable time. I was told I had CHOICE to take it or not so I shouldn't be compensated. She couldn't even acknowledge that there is an obvious training issue. I was told she would review the call and get back to me. I'm sure she heard the call and realized her rep in FACT gave me wrong information and STILL has not called back. I plan to write the news because NO one should ever be treated the way I was.....I will NEVER use U-Haul again simply because UHAUL could not take fault for doing wrong. HORRIBLE customer Service.
