Contract No. 29335767 Cell phone number - (602)653-3483 I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received at this location. When they went to gave us the keys to the rental we noted that the gas cap was off and gas sloshed all over the truck and concrete when he stopped. So he went back and got us a different one but didn't fill it up and gave it to us with only ___ in the gas tank. As well as didn't explain how the return process worked. So when we brought back the truck after a long day of moving we pulled up and read the paper to find out we need to fill up the gas. However, we pulled into a spot we couldn't back out of so we were okay with paying for the gas due to our error and inability. The issue I'm frustrated about it that we got stuck with an additional $30 fee for having the truck under a certain gas limit. If the guy would have brought us the truck filled up like the contract we received said it was supposed to come we could have avoided this fee. So thus we pay an extra fee for the lack of effort from an employee.

They were nice people who gave us very bad information. We were told that if we paid for three days and only used two we would get a refund. We paid for three days and only used two, but the Marana office said a refund was contrary to company policy, and refused to give one. We were never told that the blankets needed to be folded up before returning the truck or a $25 fee wold be charged.

The bill is very confusing when you add the truck rental, the movers, supplies and fees. I think, if given a full report and break down of the total bill would help decrease confusion and anxiety of figuring the the bill and break down of costs on your own. I still question if I over paid or if there was something missing. I've used this Uhaul location before for a truck rental and service was excellent. Survive this time was good too and the movers were superb but the bill was and is confusing, so, I would score less for that.

I rated average because the guy I talked when I picked up the trailer was excellent. Very friendly, professional, even joked with my wife and I. He made the experience like talking to a friend. However, when I dropped the trailer off the person I deal with was rude, bossy and probably the worst U-Haul representative I have ever dealt with in Phoenix AZ or San Diego CA! There were two of returning equipment the other older gentleman there was returning one of the large box trucks, I was returning a trailer. He said to the other gentleman get in the truck and test the lights. And told me I needed to reconnect the trailer lights so he could make sure they weren't broken. He did not want to say please thank you or even try to be professional or friendly. He was very sarcastic if we didn't hear his Direction. In my military time I lost a significant amount of hearing in my right ear. So hearing someone yell from across the parking lot is sometimes difficult for me. Then he decided to be sarcastic because I didn't turn my turn signal on when he demanded. Shortly after that he came and stood probably a foot and a half from me and proceeded to yell to the gentleman in the big box truck to turn signals on put it in reverse that kind of thing one of the things that gives me an instant headache from my hearing problem is somebody standing that close screaming. I have rented from U-Haul many times and would be happy to provide management with further information if they desire but this experience is enough to make me think about going to Penske. Which is not something that I really want to do because I have been dealing with U-Haul for so long so I'm hoping that U-Haul will step up and hear me out.

Reservation for 7 am, store opens at 9 am??? Staff slow, uncaring. Vehicle was filthy. No one to check me in, greet. Not a good experience.

In past 45 days have used this location 2xs. First one a worker comes up An tells my husband to move out of the handicap spot I realize the guy just looked at us An assumed. Being 100% disabled from the military I have a plate An window hanger. When I stated this the worker tried to use every excuse instead of just admitting he assumed something without taking a single look at the front window. We needed another uhual today An when we got back we told we owed 2xs the amount we had been estimated. We needed the uhual for 50miles, we were told we did 149miles. This is rather interesting since we had the uhual for 1hour An 45mins. The guy we had was new An kept saying this info was correct yet when manager came Since the worker was literally raising his voice at my husband I spoke with the manager An pointed out how did I go 149miles in 1 hour 45mins. Realizing this was impossible it was then placed on us for not looking over everything even though it's their workers who document an input the info. Extremely disappointed with how both times went. Being handicap they should be much more careful on their approach An take logistics into consideration. If so they would have realized 149 miles in 145 minutes was impossible instead of accusing the customer for their error An raising their voice telling them their at fault .

Received Van with only a half a tank of gas. Highly disappointing. I was on a tight time constraint and had to Find a gas station and take 20 minutes and $50 to do something That should have been full. It may not be your policy for gas but I will go elsewhere next time

Counter attendants did not seem to be professionally engaged to be ready to help the next customer. My attendant was in training which excuses some of the inaccuracies on his part. All in all, not a professionally-run branch office.

The clerk handling our truck rental agreement was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. You could improve the bad parking situation for customers. But that's an ownership issue for not providing adequate parking for their customers. That's the only defect in the experience

Really good staff on morning shift, very helpful, friendly, they seem to get the whole idea of customer service.... My truck and dolly rental was priced in the range that I would consider 'inexpensive' and I will definitely recommend this Bell Rd location to my family and friends.

The trailer I got had a bad right bulb and door latch did not stay closed, doors opened from road vibration. That trailer needs to be retired.
