Took an hour to pick up my equipment, because something was wrong with the computers ( I had already done a pre-check in beforehand). When I did get the truck, it showed 1/2 tank on the paperwork, but it was empty of gas (Had 1/16 tank) and multiple unmarked damages all over the exterior (Had to get the local personnel to mark the body damages so I wouldn't be charged with them later on.) The appliance dolly I rented had a bad wheel that stuck so badly it would hardly move when loaded.

This was a horrible experience. I was given incorrect information from reservation to drop off. This was a 6 hour rental. Covering 25 miles. The miscommunication, unwilling behavior of your employees, and complete error on the part of Uhaul cost me 3 times what it would have been at your competitor. This was a horrible experience.

We were very specific about what we needed and how many trips we would be making. We were quoted a price based upon that. We were told that we would have plenty of miles to do so. When i brought the uhaul back i was charged 3 times the quoted amount. I did not even make the number of trips we thought. We made fewer. I will never use uhaul again and i will tell everyone i know in person and on social medua not to use uhaul. They rip people off.

I attempted to use the self service but when I went inside to pick up the key, two different people took 20 min and we’re sure they had to complete the contract at the counter. The vehicle’s exterior was dirty.

The vehicle I reserved wasn't available. While I was given a much larger vehicle for the same price, it did cost more to operate. I understand how these things happen but it was a great inconvenience to have a 20' truck when 15' was requested. The staff was great through the entire process.

There are a couple of things that can be improved. First...having the staff there attend training that teaches them to LOOK before they speak! When I first came to pick up my truck the attendant quickly...so without taking the time to look who he was talking to...said I will be with you in a moment sir." The same think happened when I returned the truck...an employee quick to comment without assessing a situation. I am a 63 yr old female who looks like a female. Because I come in to get/return a truck does not qualify me as a male. Second...I was rather chocked to receive a 26" truck that only had 3/8 tank of gas and no lock attached on the back. I have ordered this same size from the same place for several years (to load the props for a large event I produce on a Friday night)...and have never had to get gas in a truck BEFORE my event just to ensure I could make it to the event. And last...I was willing to pay to have the truck returned mid-morning on Saturday SO THAT I would not have to unload the truck late Friday night after producing an event all day. The attendant was fairly insistent that he would like to have it back Friday night (after hours) or very early Saturday morning. I'm not convinced that is the appropriate want to handle customer service when I was willing to pay a bit more so that I wouldn't have to work late into the night. His reasoning...it's the end of the month and we need to do our end of month paperwork. Hmmm....this was December 1st...seems like it was the beginning of the month!

Brad was crabby and really was not nice at all when i picked up the truck today. The truck stalled several times and was running very rough. Dino was the only positive experience at uhaul today. He was very pleasant. Helped me out of the truck since I have a bad knee. He really should be the one greeting customers not Brad who is not customer friendly. Robin Stein

The van I rented was dirty but I didn't really care. I made sure the manager who assisted with the rental noted that it was dirty before I got it. I was not surprised that I had to provide an alternate contact phone number for the rental but I was surprised that before I could rent the van the manager had to call the number to speak with the person and then call my own number to verify it was actually me. I have rented from UHAUL lots of times and never had to go through that. My concern was that if he had not been able to contact anyone I would have been denied the rental. I was also told I would be responsible for $150 of damage even after purchasing the LDW waiver. This was news to me.

I had trouble checking in to pick up my reserved Cargo Van. I sat there trying to figure out why they couldn’t process my reservation. When I turned the Cargo Van in today I requested a receipt after they checked the Cargo Van in. They said, we are going through a system update and will e-mail you one. I had a Very poor service experience and I will never use that dealer again.

Dirty truck, oil light on, tires needed rotation, winshield had 3 or more chips and cracks, the employees were more busyer than curtious. Kind of rude. Wond ever go back to this location ever again !

The entire service is fine, except for the fact that we have to bring the truck back to the original location to drop off...it was 40 minutes away from our new place. We called customer service and all they said was to either bring the truck back to the location, or wait until the morning to call in (which will accrue an overnight fee for us). The experience was super unpleasant
