Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulKevin and his staff always give the best, even through some trying moments they couldn't have done better. Best location to go to speaking as a native of PHX az, RP
RAY P | Experiencia generalKevin the manager at the Cave Creek store does an excellent job with his customers and his staff!
GREGORY H | Primeras impresionesThe only problem I had for the time I was there was that the AC never seemed to be working. It was always 80-95 degrees and I paid for AC storage. Other than that my experience was okay.
Dean K | Experiencia generalStaff were wonderful and helpful the store manager Kevin was great highly recommend!
Valerie Z | Experiencia generalGood
william g | Experiencia generalClosing out my rental the front desk person messed up and didn't get money back for prorated rent. A manager was supposed to call me and never did. Poor customer service after over 2 yrs of being there
KATHERINE L | Experiencia generalAwesome customer service!!!!
Michael F | Experiencia generalMove was fine but signing up for a 10x10x9 and getting placed in 2 5x10x9s is not the same. Furniture does not fit as easily in the small ones and is making storing my home difficult
Joshua M | Mudanza en líneaWonderful experience overall.
christina p | Experiencia generalExcellent Management. Staff always helpful. Security of everything is at top of staff concerns. Moving out was easy. Carts to move items were plentiful and loading dock made transfer of household items to moving vehicle was easy. But top of everything was the management and staff.
Henry K | Experiencia generalManager, Kevin, was awesome and helped with all my needs. I will definitely recommend to others and use their services again. Sorry for the pickle juice. Lol M
Karen M | Primeras impresionesWe have used this facility over the years and have been very satisfied with the staff, the cleanliness and security of the facility. I would recommend them as they have always done a great job for us!
Deborah M | Experiencia generalI really enjoyed the staff at Cave Creek. Most of experience is from where vehicle and trailer came from. From a truck box being sticky everywhere where I have to scrub it to be able to put my belongings in, to a trailer that had not 1 but 2 bald inside shoulders. One causing me an extra stop, finding a truck stop and being able to make it there. The vehicle was shaking so bad it scratched my TV (thankfully the back) broke my sports collection mirror, and a 2 hour delay. Then to pay full price for a 15x10 that was available then wasn't. So now paying full price for a 10x10 and a 5x10 which I understand the assistance but now I have 2 units across from eachother amd my stuff isnt together... I honestly feel like i shouldn't even have to pay for the rentals this time. Worst experience in my 18 years of use. Staff at Cave Creek are super friendly and professional thankfully. But not a good experience overall with rental. Please fix this.... prefer to use you
Jared L | Primeras impresionesEverything was great. I do have 1 suggestion to not use the parking spaces in front of the storage section. There were a number of times I needed to load or unload but could not park conveniently.
Daniel N | Experiencia generalThank you to manager Keith or Kevin!
JONATHAN M | Experiencia generalMaddie was very helpful and saw to it that I was well taken care of.
