Wrong size unit assigned to me, it wasn't big enough after I explained what sized UHaul truck I had. So, I had to relocate everything to a new unit for a higher price. I didn't make the mistake, but I'm still responsible I guess. The guys at the facility were awesome however. They did everything they could to help.
