Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExcellent!
Thomas C | Primeras impresionesThe staff at this location are top notch and very helpful. I look forward to visiting my unit they are that nice.
MATTHEW T | Primeras impresionesThe gentleman in the office was very helpful and friendly, he was just great!
Mary S | Experiencia generalThe manager and assistant manager were two of the most shadiest, rude, dishonest people on the planet. They make promises on video I recorded myself and then not honor their commitments and steal money from you. I would not trust any of my valuables to be in a storage unit they can access. They are garbage and should be terminated.
keith V | Experiencia generalIt just became too expensive
Jonathan W | Experiencia generalI would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone that I know. The location is great. The security is great. The area is very clean. And most importantly, the two men who run this location are extremely kind and nice and helpful and that is a treat in a world that seems to be kind of ugly right now. Thank you, U-Haul!
Lori B | Experiencia generalThis location has the best employees!!! They are helpful and so friendly. All of them! I had a great conversation with a young lady that worked there while I was waiting for an Uber. I hadn’t seen her before. She is a gem. I didn’t get her name but I was there at 6pm on Monday.
Gale W | Primeras impresionesIts a very good service good group and I recommend it
victor d | Experiencia generalDidn’t know about the promotion, thank you for telling us about it
Joseph M | Primeras impresionesThank you all for taking such good care of all our belongings for four years! Your staff was always easily friendly, helpful, and accessible - even by phone from Central America! Thanks to Rod, Colleen, and Jen!😊
susan s | Experiencia generalI switched to a different storage company because the price at U-Haul had gone up and I was not able to get a better deal for a long-term contract. I would like to compliment Miranda at the PARADISE VALLEY, 4110 E BELL RD, PHOENIX, AZ 85032 location for her help with closing my account and processing the refund for my unused months.
Mark B | Experiencia generalJoey and Adam were helpful and very courteous.
John C | Experiencia generalThanks
Trace R | Experiencia generalThis location was perfect for us. We needed a place close to our home that we could store stuff long term. Prices were reasonable and staff extremely helpful both with move in and out. We had rented 1 smaller unit but at last minute needed another. Staff helped us get that on the same day. On move out, my grandson didn't notify the office of such and we got charged for the next month. I got a call from a young lady stating that one of the units didn't have a lock on it. They were doing a walk around and had noticed it. I told her that my grandson had moved out of both units the previous Tuesday evening. She was able to get a refund on the one that had been charged and I only had to pay the cleaning fee since he left some stuff in it. I can't recommend this place enough! We had stored stuff there for about 10 months with no issues. Kudos to the staff they are great!
Beverly G | Experiencia generalGreat place! Great people!
MICHAEL L | Experiencia generalVery easy to work with over phone. Able to update contact information easily!
