She worked with another gentleman that helped me up to a certain point of my contract, then she jumped right in when he needed some support. Great teamwork which was appreciated since I had another truck rental that I needed to pick up at another Uhaul location that was further away.

Not charge NEARILY EIGHT TIMES the price of a daily rental returned to the same store, as I had to pay for a one-way rental.

The original truck was not clean but the kind employee checked it before I did and changed it for a clean one. However the truck was old with old brakes so it wasn't as good as the other trucks I've rented in the past. I rent regularly for business use. This was the only issue. Other than that the staff and location are great!!!

There were a few issues but the main one that was unexeptable was the young man checking me in was clearly having a bad day and proceded to tell me how he, AND I QUOTE, how he “hated this fucking job” and on & on!! Then he said my truck was ready right outside the door but it WASNT! Took another 20 min to locate my rental

This is our third time using uhaul for an out of state move… I'm curious as you design the trucks - do you have the customer in mind at all? We had the pleasure of driving a brand new truck from AZ to KY - had around 50 miles on it. When designing new trucks .. maybe jump in them and drive to another state. The storage and room to place items in the truck is awful. There is a ton of wasted space in the console. Cup holders should be deeper .. there is literally no room to put anything. Also, in 2023 I question why not add a back up camera. Our trip alone (what we paid) could have covered that. It just feels like these truck should be designed with the customer and comfort in mind as well. Don't get me wrong .. it ran well and did its job - it just seems like they could be designed a little better with the customer in mind.

Everything was seamless and easy. Truck was ready for pick up right away. Driving was a breeze after the first couple minutes. Nothing was wrong with the truck in any way. Overall was a good experience.

They charged me extra and didn't tell me why. The truck was in same condition, and I even put in half gas tank, 2/4 more than what was given to me. Charged wrongfully.

I scheduled to pick up my truck on my own with no check in at the front. There is no code in my contract. Had to call and wait 35 extra minutes to get the code. Very disappointed made me late for my job.

The van I rented this last time was not clean normally your vehicles are very clean. Especially from this location I love the cave Creek location Sherry is one of my favorite salespeople.

I rented twice this month. Both times I was charged incorrectly for fuel. Both time I was told by staff that I would receive email receipts, I didn't receive any receipt for either rental. Yet it is in the system because I received contract information at check out. Along with this questionnaire. This can only give me the impression that the staff is trying to cover up something.

WAIT TIMES ARE REALLY LONG AND THE APP DOES NOT WORK THERE.

The 26' truck we initially received from this location was absolutely not roadworthy and I suspect would have failed an ADOT inspection for brakes alone. The steering was very loose and was leaking from multiple locations. We were told to call roadside, who then came out and deemed the truck unrepairable. So we were sent 25 miles away to pick up another truck only to be told they didn't have it. If the truck was dealt with by roadside assistance we should have had another truck delivered to us, not have to drive and find another one. Can't tell you how badly I think of Uhaul now.

The price was way to high for not being air conditioned. I was paying $110.0 0 a month I had to move to another storage facility where I am paying $68.00 a month and one size bigger. I was out of town and a day late and the locked me out I got in on a fri. And paid I went sat. Eve. To get something out that was sold from my store and the lock was still on. I lost a $200.00 sale. The staff had a oops attitude which upset me. I like u haul storage but the low prises online are anything compared to what I was actually charged.

Hello I just want to say God bless your crew at The Cave Creek facility so friendly and so helpful. I've been through some trauma last couple months of my life my new year didn't start off very well. Honestly U-Haul people have made it so much easier. From picking up my U-Haul in Gardnerville Jimmy I believe that was the young man's name God forgive me if I'm wrong, as I lived in California Bishop California 3 hours from where I had to pick up a U-Haul as Bishop people wanted $7,000 to rent a U-Haul to move to Texas insane. So from Reno to Bishop to Texas didn't work out Texas to Arizona love you guys so much so helpful thank you thank you thank you God bless you all.

Everything from rental of the trailer to drop off in AZ and then the storage unit was awesome. If there is one single "downside", this location is in an area that does not have good exit options to head back North on Cave Creek Rd. Super small issue. Staff here is great too.
