The employees are rude and condescending. They have no desire to help customers or even provide correct information. They do not look or act professional. I had a coupon from uhaul corporate offices that they refused to accept. I had to move an old experience deck. That location seems to be the only place in arizona that has trailers. You need to send a management team in there and change how they are conducting business for the uhaul company.DION M.

Had a one way truck confirmed for my move. I get a call the day before I'm moving from an agent saying they don't do ones way trucks! This was so inconsiderate and terrible customer service on uhaul!! When I went to pick up the uhaul the workers looked miserable and unhappy and lacked basic customer service!! I'm very disappointed with uhaul and will most likely not do business with uhaul again!LORENZO L.

Next time actually remember we are waiting outside to hook up to the trailer we reserved. We waited 20 minutes, we finally backed up to the trailer and finally a guy came out to help someone else and saw us. He then tells us no one told him there would be a trailer picked up. There needs to be better communication. But, on the good side, when we returned it we were immediately helped by a young woman, very friendly, very professional and had us on our way in 5 minutes without having to go into the office.DREXEL S.

I moved to Phoenix from San Antonio last November and was charged $800 for a 20 ft truck. 5 MONTHS later I was charged THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for the SAME sized truck to take me back home to Texas. Supply and demand, they claim. I say BS, you ripped me off blind and are NO BETTER THAN STORES CHARGING AN ARM AND LEG FOR TOILET PAPER during the pandemic. SHAME ON YOU, UHaul! Will never use your business again and will be sure to pass on my experience to others, including the Better Business Bureau!Dana B.
The facility was a mess. Equipment scatter around the exterior of the sales showroom. A water hose was laying across the entrance and the equipment storage area was piled with unfolded moving blankets, boxes, dollies, etc. Help was non existant. I was in on 3 occassions and there was never more then one clerk behind the service counter, once with 8 customers in line. The facility is convenient but not a place I would necessarily recommend.DAYLE T.

The guy behind the counter that had helped me had very poor customer service! Rolled his eyes several times at me. I had previously called and he seemed the same way in the phone. But the kicker was his hygiene. He seemed very...unkept. There was a significantly skinnier guy that smiled and took the initiative and got the key when he heard what vehicle I wanted. On my way back to drop the vehicle off I saw the slimmer guy again. He smiled and waved. If this big guy is in a higher position then they need to be switched. I would go here again. Yet if that big guy was behind the counter, I'd walk out and go to a different location.GREGORY S.
The representative who check us out was amazing, he explained everything and me took us over to hook up the trailer. It was my first time renting a trailer and he helped me understand everything to the fullest. Differently will be renting from this location again.Carrie C.
I gave full marks but was very frustrated with my experience. I reserved 3 months prior to my move and the evening before I was called and told my booking for a 26' truck was not possible and had to settle for a 20' truck which was not beg enough. This made me have to pay for my moving help to stay longer. I was not able to have a one way move either which meant that took more time out of my day and more gas. I'm irate that my experience was not smooth due to the fault of UHaul.JENNY E.
I worked there about 14 years ago when Mr Warren was the GM, I went there 3-4 months ago and had the worst experience ever.I said I'd never go back and last Thursday I went back and I was totally satisfied with the new staff that was there they have great customer service skills even the guys cleaning and receiving the rentals.Thank you Uhaul for fixing the issues with that old staff. We lead by example and Matt was great all thought he didn't help I could see he has Great leadership quality.Thank You again Uhaul for making my moving equipment easy!ðŸ˜KEVIN L.

I was unable to pick up my rental after reserving for over a week ahead having confirmation e mail to use Mobil 24/7 software. Next morning was promised a discount for troubles. Price was doubled then discount applied. Then cut hours of rental so returned late charged double $227 for a late 20 ft not 26 ft rental!! Lies all lies!! Go to budgetRose B.
Truck was filthy inside and out. We had to sanitize and clean the inside cab to drive in it. It pulled to the right and put an odor in the cab if you drove above 60. It made our four hour trip turn into 7.Alicia B.

- At the time of rental pickup, their computer system went down. - Office wasn't equipped to take a card that could swipe or chip. - Office staff wanted a credit card with my numbers to be read off. - They don't take Apple Pay even though they have the apparatus. - Interior of the vehicle was cleaned but smelled horribly. - Employees were wearing their face masks halfway off their face.CHRISTOPHER M.
The reason behind my review is the customer service experience at the counter. The gal taking reservations could have not been more unprofessional. She did not seem happy to be at work, annoyed and on her phone while helping the guy before me. The other employee who was out loading trailers or trucks had came in briefly to eat some Cheetos, understandable however it would have been nice to be acknowledged â€œ hello, they will be right with youâ€ something like that. That did not happen the two of them had a side conversation while helping someone and a line of 4 parties. Once it was my turn it went quick but I believe that's because I was prepared. The loading process was easy, the guy was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.ERIC H.
