First - I picked up a trailer to go from Phoenix, AZ to Cincinnati, OH one-way. The trailer was fine and performed well the entire trip. My problem was with the hitch installation at this site. I had set the appointment and ordered the hitch nearly two weeks before I arrived in Phoenix. When I arrived at my 9 A.M. appointment, they didn't have the hitch, but said that it was tracking for delivery via FedEx between 11 AM and 1 PM. I said to give me a call when it got there. No call. I went back at 3 PM to find out if the hitch was there. Why didn't I call? Because the recording said that the wait to answer the call was 20+ minutes. I could drive there faster than that, even in Phoenix. The hitch had arrived, and they installed it by 5:30 PM. On my trip while getting gas in Ft. Smith, AR, I hitch had sagged on the driver's side. I immediately drove to the dealer in town where they said the nuts had fallen off and a bolt or two were gone. They did the repair and I was on my way an hour or so later. I rated this experience as Below Average instead of Poor, because the trailer was fine, but the hitch installation was almost disastrous.John A.

We rented a 4 x8. The cost was over $450 on April 5, 2021. This cost was over 200% higher since we rented a 5 x 9 in October 2020. This rent certainly is price gouging and no reason for that cost. Please review your cost schedule and make it reasonable for travelers.PAUL E.

When returning the equipment I was met outside and they checked it in two hours prior to my due time. I was supposed to get an email confirmation and didn't so on Easter Sunday was going to go back after church and had a message waiting from a different location (67th Avenue and Bell Road) that I needed to return it before 5PM and will be charged a prorated amount. I called and told them I returned it to the Surprise office per my contract and they forwarded me to that location, after 20 minutes on hold I drove over and they said sometimes the hand held device missed sending and they worked on the computer to fix it. When I got home I checked again and still no confirmation so I went back and she tried again and I got it that time but now it looks like I've been charged the prorated amount for an extra day that was entirely there fault and I'm not happy about that.JEROME K.

Nobody really seemed to know what they were doing at this location. Seen several employees just standing around not doing anything and the one employee that was actually helping the lobby full of customers didn't have a clue what he was doing it was like he just started but had nobody there training him. They also have a sign up that says all 1 way trailers qualify for 50% off but the kid behind the counter refused to honor it even tho I was taking a trailer one way. The people we dealt with were great once we got to them. We found that the store is very understaffed and that wait times were ver unacceptable, especially when trying to call. My wife was on hold for 35 minutes until someone could talk to her. We just wanted folks at the store to know that we would be late getting the trailer back. Better maintenance on trucks. Within a couple of miles after leaving the site the oil light came on so I had to immediately stop and add oil, which cost me time and $6, which was not compensated.LINDA E.
