Kevin M. | First ImpressionsI could not open the door to my unit as i am a disabled senior. I went back into the store to get help. He came out, struggled to get the door open, and even to close it. He even mentioned about the door being stiff. No offer was made to oil it . When I came back later, my husky friend had trouble opening and closing the door. I was upset because I had asked them to call me when another locker opened. After waiting a month, I called myself and they said they had ONE left. I hurried in to hear another person renting a l9cker. People see old people and just ignore them, I always had good service 0reviously, maybe he didn't care as it was a cold windy day.
