Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe person that helped me was very helpful and informative. Great job. Good costumer service.
Sergio G | Experiencia generalI paid my storage unit on the day I was messaged to … I had 72 hours to get my belongings but I was told Friday that I could get my belongings the fourth I paid the second 72 hours never got… the belongings were consisting of belongings of my late husband who passed away my kids belongings my house hold U-Haul took my settlement and told me I was going to be able to get my belongings on Friday they took my money and still auctioned off all my deceased husbands belongings and our household belongings
CAITLIN S | Experiencia generalI love this particular location. It’s always clean and the management team always has been polite and courteous towards me. I’ve rented from this location several times over the years my go too spot.
Linda S | Experiencia generalThey are so helpful and really nice to deal with
lauren s | Primeras impresionesThe elevator seemed like it was down way too often and even more, so the sliding door unit was constantly having problems throughout my long stay. Also trash built up high on the backside of the building without being collected promptly. I have noticed over the past one and a half years that problems have not been dealt with as quickly and efficiently as they were before under the previous two managers. I like this new girl who is managing it now, but she may just need a little bit of advice and encouragement from the higher-ups.
Michael r | Experiencia generalI went to clear out my space, the door handle was missing. Then I was told I’ll have to enter through a garage, finally get in get the last of my items out. I tell the guy I’m done using It he states he will have to check my space, I had left a bed frame. No one ever checks my space before, but this guy didn't like me(it was apparent). I go back clear out my frame, the others were pleasant. Clearly this older guy with his hair falling out doesn’t like white people. The place just seems ghetto, I used to like using it as it was clean secure and the people were always nice. Now there on there phones talking and too busy to help a customer, I’ll go to the new place across the road next time……
PHilip S | Experiencia generalThe guys that work at this location always go above and beyond to help. I left UHaul because of the price. It's really crazy how one of your competitors was able to give me the same size storage unit for $97 a month yet this location was charging me $159.95 a month. That said, I wouldn't recommend UHaul for storage. Rental trucks yes.
Tashia c | Experiencia generalIt seems that management has changed and the cleanliness is better.
cheryl m | Experiencia generalLove the storage building. Elevator is spacious. Courtesy carts are a nice touch.
Joda M | Mudanza en línea1. Large sliding door was broken more times than not 2. Unit was locked even though account was current 3. Letter was sent to emergency contact even though there was no emergency 4. Was promised a free month rental which was not given 5. Explanation letter of which I was blamed for the issues was written. Overall, very poor experience
Timothy S | Experiencia general7/28/2026 is not my move out date, this company is beyond unprofessional for many reasons & that’s why I look my business elsewhere, I’m owed a refund and to avoid paying me what I’m owed they charged my move out date.
MONIQUA C | Experiencia generalThey sold my lot, and no one had came to claim it yet. I had to pay thousands of dollars to retrieve my items. I am currently retaining an attorney regarding the matter
Chanel w | Experiencia generalThe mice feces and damage to my personal stuff was ridiculous I had to throw out boxsprings and mattress because they were full of mice turds and pee, no1 wants to lay on that.
alicia l | Experiencia generalEmployees were extremely nice and helpful
Shaun J | Primeras impresionesLove the manger he was so kind
LAURICE A | Experiencia generalSome of the staff is in dire need of training and basic customer skills. The staff appeared disengaged and unsure of their responsibilities.
Debra B | Experiencia general
