DAVID GHad another amazing experience with Uhaul on Military Rd. By far my favorite uhaul location of any. Clean store. Friendly and accomadating staff. The only thing missing was the store's best asset, Clark the dog! He brought me so much joy whenever I came in, and I was very disappointed to hear he wasn't at the store any longer. I will definitely return and recommend this Uhaul location, but I would really like to see Clark come back.

BETH JThe gentleman who we received the vehicle from came out to inspect it when we returned it. Upon inspection he claimed we didn't fill the gas all the way to full which we DID. We stated we would not be paying the extra fee and he ended up saying don't worry about it. 5 minutes later as we are driving home we received a call from the location stating we had an outstanding balance of $7 and some change for the gas we "didn't put in it". I will never be returning to this location again nor will I be paying the $7.
CAROLINE CI had a great experience renting the trailer and used it for 4 days with no problems. I will definitely rent from U-Haul again if needed.

Raymond WFollow uhall protocol. Recived truck on empty it was very dirty had to bug bomb 8 cans. And sprayed it. We get bitten by things that gave bacteria infections. Sand fleas or gigglers.

DOROTHEA TReturning was a bit confusing. The sign out front said to park the vehicle and stay with it. Waited for a while then went inside since no one was coming out.

The counter employee sat there with a wad of something in his mouth,… and with complete and absolute indifference, as if my presence was annoying. The following day while returning the trailer, I sat waiting with no employees coming out to greet me. After waiting, I notified them that I was there a few minutes later a gentleman walked out, looked over at me with his hands in his pocket, never signaling anything and walked over and stood in the rain for the next five minutes, looking at me. I finally rolled my window down and said are you waiting for me and he said yes, …horrible experience And employee argued with me about his non-engagement. Two separate employees, too bad separate experiences

Lori G | Overall ExperienceI had my storage unit for about 10 months. At this time, there was a ton of water damage to the items in my unit. We are now processing insurance claim, but UHAUL itself never offered to refund any money back on the $200 per month I was paying.

The personnel at this location informed me I would be reimbursed for the spurious charges, but that has not happened, four days after the vehicle return.

ERICA MThe clerk took advantage of me. I only went 8 miles and the son of a scumbag charged me for 2 GALLONS OF GAS! to go 8 miles? That's thievery to the fullest extent! He tried to pass it off as a "big truck " that uses a lot of gas. Pure BULL! My Hemi doesn't even use that much gas in 8 miles. He ought to be fired for taking advantage of customers. I certainty won't use UHaul again.

PATRICK CThe can reeked of cigarette smoke, it was nearly unbearable. Had to keep the windows down the entire time just to keep from coughing. I have asthma and was not expecting to have to use my inhaler because of the rental.
CHEVONNE MI rent trucks frequently for my moving services and I can tell you without hesitation that this is the best U-Haul location around. The staff here definitely has it together! All you do is tell them what you want to do, they help figure out what size truck or storage you need. They'll get you in and out in a heartbeat!

Bernadette g | Overall ExperienceI spoke with a gentleman earlier in the week and setup a Friday appointment for a 7am install. I had originally asked him if there were times after 3p available and he told me the install guy leaves by 230. So I setup a 7am drop off and install. Indeopped the car off rhe night before and confirmed the hitch installation. I called after 10a to check the status if the install. I was only then told that the install guy wouldn't be there until 12. The car was finally ready at 230 for what was a 7am scheduled install. Very disappointed, likely won't be back and will likely recommend to friends, family and followers to avoid this locaction. Very poor communication....very poor organizational skillls....poor customer service
Jason KRented there for over a year about 15 months and never had a problem, would recommend this location. Staff nice, let me use orange cart when another family took all the flat beds for themselves.

Peter ZOverall a good experience and the rep in Niagara Falls was very friendly and helpful. This is not the fault of the U-haul rep, but our pick-up location and truck size changed due to another rental not being returned at the correct time. It would be great to get a notification of this change. Also, I think U-haul should consider advertising boldly that EZ Pass charges are not included in the truck rental, so renters can bring their own EZ Pass device with them.

DOROTHEAT K | Overall ExperienceThis staff is the GREATEST! The young Lady Manager is an Angel! I had a unit on the 2nd floor a couple of years ago. I needed a larger unit. I told her that I was afraid to go on the elevator by myself on the 2nd floor. She kindly found me a unit on the first floor near the entrance. The unit I rented yesterday is my 3rd unit. I am in the process of relocating but I like this location so much I'm even considering keeping one of the larger units for my family to store things in once I relocate.

Came back with my truck the car didn't work and the coffee didn't work, called customer service and the number for the manager nothing worked had to leave my truck there with all my belongings including my refrigerated and frozen foods and had to leave because I didn't get access to my unit. It was the worst experience ever, I do not recommend your facility AT ALL. Now my refrigerated/frozen food is definitely spoiled and I still had no access. This was a terrible choice of storage I do not recommend. I expect my good m good to be replaced due to this while ordeal being the facilities fault and I expect no extra charges for having to keep the truck an extra day because my unit was not accessed. Terrible terrible experience. Manager never picked up nobody could help over the phone either.

BRAVO CHLOE (sp?) and U-Haul for having her. alex p | Overall ExperienceEvery single time we visited an alarm went off at some point during our visit (not trigger by us) and no one did a thing about it, which didn't make us feel that our stuff was super safe if anyone wanted to break in, since no one responded to the alarms. There was often trash on the ground and the place didn't look well cared for, sadly. When we came to move out from our second floor unit, the elevator was broken! I am disabled and can't use stairs so my wife had to unload the entire unit using the stairs! We had let people know we were coming down that day from Ontario and someone should have let us know about the elevator before we drove down all that way and rented a truck. I would like a partial refund of our last month's rent or something to make up for the hassle we had to deal with. The fact that we were able to have things shipped to the location a few times was a huge advantage and a big reason we kept our unit there as long as we did.

There were also metal objects that were rusted along with the mold. When I came to remove my items, the codes to get in weren't working, so the alarms went off twice. Nobody came to check when the alarms went off, they just shut off the alarms from the office. It made me feel as if my storage wasn't that secure.
Adria S | Overall ExperienceKaylee was a pleasure to deal with. Apart from her professionalism, the rest of my experience was negative. I asked for 24 / 7 access and was provided an access card that did not work from the time it was issued to me. I was told that I could call the day before and that the building would be left open if I needed after hours access. WTF?? How is that secure. I ended up not needing a second month and had nothing in my locker when it was time for renewal. I attempted to contact U-Haul the day before the renewal and was promised a call back from the 'Manager' before 4 pm. It took multiple calls and several hours to get a call back saying I would get another call back after 4 pm. I never received the promised call back and was billed an additional month - including a late payment fee - in error. Kaylee rectified this issue and was a complete professional. I nevertheless did not appreciate being sent notice that I was in arrears for an empty locker. In 2014 - 2016, I rented a 5 x 5 locker from this same location and had a much more positive experience. I'm not sure what happened since than but I was not impressed this time with the exception of Kaylee. She was very professional and is an asset to the company! Hire more people like Kaylee.
