Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt is a plus that Ashley is no longer the manager. She was extremely mean & unwilling to care. I was supposed to have one unit on the 1st floor, but they split me up into two units, which made it hard to manage my belongings. The units were upstairs, which my disabled husband had trouble with. When I told the staff, they just stared at me. Didn't say anything, no compassion. Just looked at me like so what? When I moved in a couple of months ago, I was given an extremely dirty truck & then y'all tried to charge me $300 for it. I had to prove it wasn't me & I got my money back, but going through hoops for frivolous charges was not necessary. The units were dark & have no lights inside. Every time anyone opens their unit, this awful screeching alarm blares through the building. When you try to park on the side near the door, there is usally Uhaul trailers parked everywhere & parked U-Haul trucks. It's hard to navigate a car, let alone rent your own U-Haul truck to move out. It is extremely customer-hostile. Paying $300 a month for poor treatment & feeling like I'M THE ONE in the way is absurd, & I didn't want to do it anymore.
SHANE P | Experiencia generalRude, nasty passive agressive employee who stated they were the location’s general manager.
Joshua A | Primeras impresionesLos dos jóvenes que me atendieron tienen pleno conocimiento del servicio, me explicaron con facilidad y fueron muy amables y educados
PABLO P | Primeras impresionesWe have used U-Haul Moving & Storage of Santa Clara for the past two summers to store our daughter’s belongings while she was home on summer break from Stanford University. We found that renting a storage locker was much more affordable and convenient than having a U-Box delivered and picked up. The facility has always been clean, well maintained, and secure. The digital entry system also gave us peace of mind knowing that our 18- to 19-year-old daughter could safely access her belongings when needed. We’ve had a very good experience with this location and will definitely use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Santa Clara again next summer. 2121 Laurelwood Rd Santa Clara, CA 95054 Highly recommended for Stanford students and families looking for a convenient and affordable summer storage option!
Mark H | Experiencia generalI enjoyed the fact that it was one month free for renting the truck, but it was useless to me because it was so far from the door and no elevator access. The only reason I used it because the storage unit that was rented didn't fit everything in our move. It really did suck moving our things to the center of the building up the stairs, but what can I expect for free.
Gary R | Primeras impresionesThank you!
AMALJOHN J | Primeras impresionesLove this storage. Awesome and friendly staff. Very clean storage units and reasonable price. Danny recommended enough.
Calvin C | Experiencia generalUnderstaffed. If you went to the office, there would sometimes be a line of people with just one staff member working at the counter, especially since some types of inquiries like renting a truck usually take a lot longer. Staff was very friendly but their manager is not hiring enough people. One of the elevators was broken for more than a month, and it was the closest one to my unit. No stairs to the second floor in the entire facility. Some of the bathrooms have something wrong with them. Literally one of the bathrooms in the office had a hand dryer that never turned on. Almost every time I went there, an extremely loud alarm went off perhaps from someone not entering their code. It also felt the alarm was pretty pointless for protection at some point because it rang all the time and no staff ever checked up on it. The final straw was the $10 monthly price increase. We all know it’s not to improve the facilities which again were not well maintained. It’s always to get more money while keeping staff count low and facilities at a barely passable level.
Yu-Bin M | Experiencia generalThe staff was on point providing valuable information to help me determine that U-Haul is in fact the best option when storing and moving our valuables. Ashlee went above and beyond to help cater to me needs and provide world class service with her professionalism and Derrick facilitated when we arrived to move our valuable assets into the storage units with exceptional efficiency.
