I don’t know why they charged me $25 for cleaning. The car was not clean, and I reported at the pick up location. Also, they charged me $20 for checking in fee, but your web side was’t working, so I couldn’t check The equipment and up load the pictures. So I think your office needs to reimburse me $45.

When you give a quote thats what i expect to pay .in ca extra charge to del and pick up ubox then when del in san antonio i paid for del again plus the last time i had to pay on top of del charge the trailer fee i thought was all in del charge.do not do this to customers .that is where you can improve .also when you say a time for del keep to it or call the customer.in satxi ask the girl to let the del people know the address where to pick up she said we cannot make outgoing calls that was my job.i thought you people was offering a service to me not to do your job. The following comments are not a review of the pick up or drop off locations. This is a review of U-Haul customer service. When you go to a circus the clowns are funny. Dealing with the clowns who answer the phones at U-Haul is not funny. What was essentially a simple one way rental turned out to be a traumatizing event. Hopefully I will never use U-Haul again, but never is a long time. Perhaps I will one day have the misfortune to try again. In the meantime my advise would be to try avoid them at all costs.

We live in Milpitas and there is a Uhaul station closer to where we live, I was wondering why I could not use the place on Montague in San Jose.

The truck ordered was not on site and the people at the location don’t care. I will be using other rental services if need be in the future. I was not the only I having shit service. 2 other customers also had the wrong vehicle on there reservation in your system but confirmation showed the correct info. Do not try to contact me or my wife as we are only going to give a shit review.

I'm writing a complaint about the storage. I moved out 2 months ago. So I don't know what or why it's saying 10/3/19. The day storage was shut down I moved out and was told it will be waived. Not pay.

Understaffed - Pickup took an hour for a reserved tow dolly. When I dropped the trailer off, I asked multiple times what I need to do in order to make sure it’s actually processed, and was told multiple times that I’m good and just to leave. I never get a receipt, but I then get phone calls the following day asking when I’m going to return the trailer since it’s past due. After telling them I dropped it the previous day, they miraculously find it in the yard and I finally get my email receipt I was promised the day before.

Improve your computer system. My box was sent to Hayward, CA. They said they were unable to deliver it to my address, or to the UHAUL in Campbell. Not my address in Campbell. I drove to the location to load in to my vehicle, and they could not find it. They then determined that they had sent it to a Santa Clara location. So, I drove there the next day and loaded the items into my SUV. Two weeks later, I started receiving an invoice for a storage locker, which I did not have. I received about a dozen email/regular mail invoices with penalties. The last several placed a lien on the contents of the storage locker that I never had. I emailed them several times, with no response. I then drove to their location, showed them copies of the invoices, and they agreed it was a mistake. I still kept receiving the invoices. Several days ago, I contacted Customer Service and they solved the problem immediately. This was a very frustrating, costly, and time consuming experience, as I had to make four trips!

The face-to-face service that I received was excellent! The reps that I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The truck was clean and well maintained. However, I do have to mention that the dolly and furniture pads that I ordered with my truck were not included in the back when I came to pick it up. This was difficult for me as I had to pick up the truck before the office opened and did not have access to a rep that could help me.

We walked in to ask if we can rent a truck. They said they didn't have a truck in the size we needed and gave us the main number to call to find a truck at a different location. When we called the main number, they directed us back to the location we just left. The person on the phone said that the location doesn't have the visibility of the rentals. It would've been helpful to have the locations know the schedule of rentals.

The Santa Clara UHaul location is under-staffed and slow. It's impossible to reach someone on the phone. My scheduled UBox access was delayed for hours. Staff was courteous but can't get things done.
