I rented a 15 ft. truck and upon pick up the gas was below the quarter tank. I showed it to the girl who rented me the truck and she said, "you'll be fine. Just return the truck with the same amount of gas. I put gas on the truck when I left the facility and I put gas on the truck at the end of my moving before I return the truck I made sure that the gas tank is at quarter tank. Because the employee told me at 6:50 pm to just leave the key without receiving a receipt that night he told me it will be fine and he will email me the receipt but nothing came. Later, I found out that U-Haul has charge me an additional of almost $50 for gas. I called U-Haul to clarify but did not receive help over the phone.I had to come back to the location 3 times regarding the same issue but the associates are not able to help me. I still ended up paying additional charges that were uncalled for.

Sales reps were helpful in selecting the size of truck for me. The 10-ft truck was so clean, and the engine was very powerful. The best part is the truck "turning circle radius" is small than my Toyota. Impressive. The ONLY comment --- I wish U-Haul would have more "Low Cost" loading and unloading referral services !!! I broke my back during moving, and had to waiting two days to find some local "unloading" moving services (to unload a 10-ft truck of storage boxes from my driveway into the front yard). That costed my rental fees from 2-day to 4-day (double the cost) .... No movers in the 20 mile radius to do small unloading job for (<$200) 37 boxes. The economy is sizzling hot in Santa Clara Valley, CA (No one wants to work under $100/hr).

This is a poor location, staff does not correctly do their job. We were stuck with additional charges because someone did not enter mileage correctly. After a call to customer service we were told a manager would be calling us to discuss the error we received no call but were charged the next day.

1) I had booked a one-way truck but when I reached the store, I was informed that they had none available within 50-mile radius and that I'd need to take a truck that I'd have to come back to return at the same store. 2) When I spoke with the customer rep, they talked about giving me a discount but it wasn't really applied to the truck. The guy at the store was kind enough to open a complaint ticket for me though. 3) When I went to return the truck, the system won't accept it because apparently it was rented for 31 days instead of 1 day.

Yes, my service went very well, and when the representative serviced me we noticed that the fuel left for my rental time was just below 1/4 so he made a notation to have me credited. Then when I returned the vehicle with gas slightly above 1/4 he made another notation to make sure I would be able to still receive the right rate of billing. Thank You

The Clerk forgot to ask me for ID. The truck was not inspected before I signed off. Clerk told me I was covered anyway so it did not matter if the truck was checked or not. When I returned the truck, there were about 3 people just sitting there doing nothing. I was directed outside where I had to look for someone to give my key to. When I fount this little old man, he acted as though I was bothering him and told me very impatiently to wait for him because he did not have the paperwork, when he got back he just said I was free to go and did not check the truck.

Unfortunatly this location has not been good or close to ok. 1st time ever with issues here last month. Now i had major issues with getting my vip. Or store credit to work. I was still charged and still havent seen it returned to account. I just think this location doesnt care like other locations. I just think they have maybe had bad customers or bad training.

I don't understand why the staff could not check me in when I was there. Instead, I was forced to go through the 8-step mobile check-in process. It's nice to have the mobile option, but not to be forced to do it when it seems like the live staff could do it more quickly.
