After a credit card to guarantee trailer there was no trailer. After being sent to the 3rd location I was able to rent a trailer. Lots of running around when I had no time. We will se if the $50 guarantee will be received but still will not cover my trouble.

Horrible communication. I called ahead of time you make sure my husband could pick up the trick without me being there. They NEVER told me that I or he would need the stored credit card I had on file. Even with me on the phone the whole time they wouldn't authorize him to pick it up. Already submitted the call for review. So frustrating.

Please ensure your truck is workable, safe and has been properly maintained for customers. The truck I had stopped working two times prompting us to return prematurely and disrupting our move. We had to go to another company.

Havel a customer service rep. that can answer a questions straight and understand a conversation. He asked if Il wanted insurance and I said NO and then he put down I wanted insurance. I asked if they had any red flags for hauling and he just laughed and asked if I was going to be in an accident. Never could get a straight answer on the question.

The back and side doors were not unlocking without turning on the vehicle. It caused so much un-convenience while loading because every time I had to load something I had to insert the key in ignition and then unlock the doors!!!!!!!!

Everything went very smooth the hook up was done very professional Christine at the front desk handled everything very well I think she does a great job I got there early and she helped me unload the truck and trailer on her own time so I could get an early start back home she didn't have to do that I appreciated that very much she's an asset to your company thank you very much

Always takes too long to get going at this location! Over 30 min. this time around. Put me in a van and then moved me to another as information in system regarding mileage and gas level was wrong!

There was a leak in the trailer. Moreover the air in the tire was less, once loaded. The hinge that was installed from uhaul was too low that it stayed hiring the road. There were no replacement trailer and i had to change my plan.

I stopped in at the store to make my reservation. When I received my e-mail reminder it was made for two days in a row, but not for just the one day I requested. When I was speaking with the sales woman she had difficulty helping me with my requests. She would not directly answer my questions, until I had asked them several times.
