Munazzar T | Experiencia generalFor the years u had my stuff except in person that yelled at me he was rude and disrespectful. He was cleaning a truck and when I parked, I didn’t know that I didn’t couldn’t go through the or he was part and he yelled at me instead of telling me you don’t park there. You go in the parking spaces and he yelled at me he scared me actually and I wanted to tell him not to yell at me, but he intimidate me. He was so big and and I’m small person so I didn’t say anything humbling myself, but scared me.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in how clean, well-maintained, and organized the facility is, as well as in the professionalism of his team. I highly recommend this location.

ELIZABETH R | Experiencia generalFrom my original phone call inquiring about an open space / unit to the very end of the process where I learned how to use the gate properly and accompanied to my new storage, and so much in between, ANGEL was there, like she owned the place, in the most professional and courteous and knowledgeable happy 😊 way. I appreciated her so much and she made this painful process of moving and storing stuff way better. This doesn't really explain how grateful and happy I am enough here, but I hope she gets to know and hear this compliment.
Joseph T | Primeras impresionesOn the unit I rented, B185, the latching mechanism (one on both the door and door jam) was misaligned, making it very difficult to lock (and unlock) the door using a disk style lock. Other than this issue, the storage facility was well maintained and office staff, especially Evan (manager) were very helpful and responsive to my needs.

Only thing less than great is having to move decent sized furniture in/out of the inside units (second floor), as the stairs can be rough to deal with, but you figure it out. The monthly reminder to pay rent is an added bonus. 10/10
