Andrew was amazing. Friendly, great sense of humor, and extremely knowledgeable. Walked us through all the details on accessing our storage area along with the rules and contact information for any questions or concerns. If I were running a business, Andrew is exactly the person I would want representing it.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulService and ease of setup was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!
raymond r | Overall ExperienceI got behind because of financial problems. When I paid off the rent. My lock was broken off. Which I understand I was behind but they broke my property then made me buy a new lock. I was going to leave my stuff there until that happened.
Jeffrey S | Overall ExperienceWish there was a discount for paying for six-months or even a year up-front.
MARA V | First ImpressionsI was greeted and assisted with all of my needs in renting a storage space. The young man who waited on me, was very helpful, professional, and had very excellent customer service skills. He answered all my questions., Very professional thank you.
Kevin f | First ImpressionsThe person who helped me was completely indifferent, as if he was inconvenienced that I was a customer! Getting a storage unit took way longer than it should have, no instructions on how to get in (via the multiple code-entry pads in the back), where to go/find my unit, or any other "welcome/onboarding" experience. Finally found someone else and asked them for help. ZERO friendliness, ZERO care, ZERO reason to return!
DAVID N | First ImpressionsKeep up the great work
David N | Overall ExperienceYeeeeeeeeee
Vanessa C | Overall ExperienceThank you
derrick b | Overall ExperienceU-Haul does need to fix one problem. Your company's software is slow. When staff has to prepare documents, a customer has to wait in-office. It took nearly one-hour for me to officially check-out of two storage rooms I rented for one month. It was not the fault of staff. Otherwise, U-Haul provides solid customer service.
ROBIN P | Overall ExperienceThe facility is ready for an renovation, but the staff is top-notch
Jennifer H | Overall ExperienceThank you so much happy with everything
Saane I | First ImpressionsThe automatic doors didn’t work. If I didn’t arrive before close, I wouldn’t have been able to get in. Also, there was a rat trap in my storage unit which made me worried there might be a rat problem in the building.
