The express check-in doesn't save much time if there isn't enough staff around to help get you on your way. There should be a dedicated line for express customers.

The wait at the counter was a bit too long. With only one person behind the counter the people in line didn't move very fast. Even though I did the Pre-check-in online. It still took me 55 mins to complete my check-in. This was at 10:00 on a Monday morning.

The location was understaffed when I picked up the rental, the wait time for pick up was over 45 minutes and then there was also some wait time for the return. The employee who helped me was helpful and apologized for the delay, he was not to blame, however the service experience that day was not good, having to wait so long for a confirmed rental of a trailer.

I had specifically made a reservation online the previous day to ensure that the vehicle we needed would be available. We had to go up a truck size because the necessary size 10' was not available at the times we wanted. When we arrived, there was a long line for pick up. It seemed like one of the attendants was shooting the breeze, chatting with someone outside instead of actually servicing those of us who were waiting. When we got to the front of the line, we were informed that it was not available. There were other reservations that had been placed before ours, and so they got precedence because it was first come first served. The attendant insisted that the online system didn't match because it didn't check the hours of the day. (1) I'm pretty sure that the attendant was lying, since I specifically saw that your online system would change availability times for another truck based on how long I wanted to make the reservation. (2) If the attendant wasn't lying, then why in the hell do you even have an online system? Why would I want to book reservations and make plans if I know that uhaul won't honor them? We ended up taking the truck we needed for only 3 hours so that it would be returned in time for the next reservation. This made our day significantly more stressful. In addition, we discovered as we started moving stuff that the lock on the back was jammed. Maybe it was fortunate that we only had 3 hours, because it meant we didn't have to rely on the fault equipment. 0/10 would not recommend this location again.

The trucks are great. The people working there are good. The problem, over and over again is that there simply are not enough people on site to get the job done. This is the third and last time I will rent from this location because invariably there is a 45-60 minute wait to do the paperwork to get a vehicle.

Your employee was polite and apologetic because there was no help for him. When I arrived there were 6 people in line. It took me almost an hour to get the truck I ordered. People were coming in and leaving in disgust because the service was so slow and this guy was running. Literally.

2 real issues: (i) I reserved a dolly and was told it was "not available with a shrug of the shoulders". NOT ACCEPTABLE. The vehicle was in dreadful shape and should not have been rented. Died twice in traffic. OLD AND BEATER UP. Shame on your.

Truck was really beaten up and was given to me was an 1/8 tank of gas. It is not good when the first thing you have to do is go straight to a gas station and fill up

Not only was the person who rented the truck to us rude and unknowledable, returning the truck was even worse. And 3 hours after returning the truck the next morning, I received a call asked when we were going to return the truck. It was a nightmare.
