U-Haul's online reservation system is horrid in that it changed my reservation location WITHOUT notifying me. I had to wait in line at two U-Haul's just to pick up, and again to drop off. I did the "Express Online Check-in" which seemed to not help one bit. In all I waited in lines nearly an hour and a half today between pickup and dropoff -- WITH using Express Check-In. A terrible waste of time.

The facility occupies a crowded corner which makes ingress and egress difficult at busy times. Aside from moving there isn't much that can be done.

This location is probably the saving grace of myself ever doing business with UHAUL again. Friendly staff, and very accommodating to my situation, since the emailed drop off location was closed. Showed up unannounced, and they took care of me.

Didn’t have a furniture dolly available, though I’d reserved one online. But, they gave me my other dolly for free as an apology, so I was very happy with the service. I would have preferred to have the right equipment though.

I got charged for an extra day even though I returned the truck on the date indicated on the rental paper. When asking the guy at the counter, he took away my receipt and said he would fix it "later." Nothing happened.

Before I returned the van, although I drove only 14 miles, I pumped 3 galons of gas, to avoid the high refuel charges. When I arrived to the yard, a Uhaul employee volunteered to take the van return paper work and keys to the office, which I accepted, and walked away. A week later, I received a phone call from a Uhaul agent asking me "if I still have the van with me" ! I told him that I returned it 40 minutes after I rented it and gave the keys and paper work to a Uhaul employee. I called and my credit card I realized that I was was overcharged for the rental and and fuel charges, and only after I complained over the phone,I received a partial on my credit card, that is less than the overcharges. I will not recommend this UHAUL location to anybody; and much less I will ever come back. I used to rent there 3 to 5 times a year...

I wish the light inside the truck was working. It was late at night and because it was dark I broke several things, including my wedding ceremony sand vase. Not to mention that I hurt myself.

You really need to credit customers for the fuel that is surplus of the pick up amount. It is rather difficult to gauge it precisely, and a momentary "oops" ends up being a loss for your customer and a big benefit for your corporation.

Smart checkin on my phone did not work at all, make sure that app is functional. I had to go into the store to get my truck anyway.

The van was clean on the inside but smelled really bad (like cigarette smoke/rat poop). All the people who worked there were really friendly and helpful.

A. Make it easier to pick up key during self-pickup rather than wait in line. B. Fix the app so that it does not freeze before the end. C. Fix the app so that it does not overcharge. I got billed for double the amount on both of two different rentals.

The review could have been excellent but the pick up location needed a second person to assist customer. The gentleman at the counter, sorry can’t recall his name, was professional and very helpful but he was alone with a line of customers...

Bad customer service, long queues and milage recorded wrong by agent causing us to be overcharged - we had to go back to rectify the situation with another agent, even though we alerted the initial agent to the issue.
