stephanie m | Overall ExperienceGonzalo should not work there. He created a contract that had FOUR CRITICAL ERRORS: DL Expiration date. Emergency contact address misspell. My billing address. (None of the young men knew what a mailbox versus a house was). He said that I had some bogus WORK phone number. I then had to return and coddle him to do his job. He doesn't know how to use the computer program and I would NEVER let him hook a trailer up.
brian d | First ImpressionsSpent over an hour trying to into the storage unit. Ended up getting 2 units by mistake and spending an extra $268. I was told they cant issue the refund and i have to come in person to talk to the manager tomorrow morning.
James P | First ImpressionsI was quoted one price which was also on the display board behind the counter but I was charged a higher rate for my storage unit. The desk associates could not override that $amount and when we spoke to the manager, he said he would not honor the in person quote nor the posted amount on the display board. BAD costume service!
