The truck inside was extremely dirty. The window was covered in sap. The window had been left down so pine needs sap, other debris had gotten inside on the passenger side. They give you the key and then your are on your own. They also attached the auto transport incorrectly on my car so I was lucky than nothing happened.

Your computer system is a little slow. It took more time to get thecomputerized paperwork done than it did to get the trailer hooked up and tested .

I would have someone working on site after hours so if you have questions or need assistance there is someone there. I was stuck in the lot for a while trying to upload the app. which was not pleasant. Also there was nowhere to park. Trucks everywhere.

Very helpful team, owner was on site on a Saturday making sure everything went smoothly, hardly any waiting, clean nice cargo van.

They switched my uhaul pickup location very last minute. Took a while to get my van at the new location. Would have liked advance notice of at least 24 hours before if my rental is unavailable.

I have seen this location go through many people and management changes over the past few years. Myra has been such a great employee to work with at the Belmont location. She is willing to go the extra mile and provide her customers with the best service possible. I’ve seen her her work in all areas of this location and even get promoted to the management team. Please continue to reward and recognize her for all her accomplishments

Roderick, Geno and Mayra run a tight ship at this location. Always on the ball, and I’m out of there with a truck in a few short minutes. I can’t leave out Jesus and the others that help me upon return. I don’t know all their names, but they are always great. I can’t recommend this location enough. They all deserve a raise!!!

I got a open trailer witch was fine as a trailer but the floor was a ribbed not flat I was moving equipment road cases w/wheels so loading wasn’t easy and all yr units have that so I will have to find another place

The staff was great and very helpful. I rate them 5*. The elevator shaft at the facility was very confusing. The elevator doors won't close properly, leading me to be stuck there for 10m.

It would be helpful to only rent for half a month. This way a unit would be cleared and empty for your re-renting. We would have moved out earlier if we didn’t have to pay the entire month.

On one visit, the elevator was not functioning, requiring approximately one hour to address. On another visit the loading dock was blocked for about one hour. Cost to me about $300 total.

i rented Uhaul storage since 2009 and moved out 2 days ago. Half of my valuable stuffs damaged with water cuz of broken pipe Uhaul failed to informed me and just noticed it few months ago.

Made reservation over phone and I was told a storage unit would be available when I got there they didn't have any storage unit available. And no reason was given as to why no unit was available.
