I was called after making all my arrangements, that the locale in San Rafael did not have my trailer YET when I went to San Rafael I happened to drive by UHaul and there was a 5x8 trailer right in the lot!! This was a 40 minute ride out of my way to pick up at this site!! UHaul can do better

Have well trained folks who interact with the customer. I noticed the fuel level was lower than indicated on the contract. When I pointed this out to the customer rep, he promised to correct this and that I could leave. He never corrected it which resulted in a fuel charge on my final bill.

Great employees. The truck to which I was given keys was dirty and on EMPTY! They gave me another truck that was clean and had a full tank. Overall, great customer service.

I was sent out with a lighting connector that was too short. It looked OK when I left but it kept getting pulled apart with right turns. I had to buy a lighting cable extender at a car parts supplier to keep my lights on. The attendant at the UHaul was really nice and efficient but he missed this problem.

What an easy and pleasant experience. The van was in perfect condition, the service professionals were efficient and it was hassle free to rent and seamless to return. I was very impressed and will definitely use this UHaul facility again!!!

Let them know at the time one picks up the rental that the drop off site is closed. Incline was on the paperwork but when we drove 45 min each way out of our way we were told we could not leave it there. UHaul notified us but it was too late. Poor phone service when we called to complain.

They mentioned in fuel tank fuel is more than 1/4th tank but not even quarter tank. And took for 5hrs and I returned with in time but they charged me twice.

The truck was filthy dirty. The tire had white paint over it. There was only one person helping at the store and had to wait for a while and no walkthrough was done. Need a better operating plan.

Unsafe conditions due to poorly functioning, dangerous freight elevator doors. Inoperable and no response to call button inside elevator. Rude and unhelpful employees.

Public Storage kicks your butt. Your elevator didn't work, and when it did it was tied up all day. I left in discust of your service.

The staff was great and very helpful. I rate them 5*. The elevator shaft at the facility was very confusing. The elevator doors won't close properly, leading me to be stuck there for 10m.

It would be helpful to only rent for half a month. This way a unit would be cleared and empty for your re-renting. We would have moved out earlier if we didn’t have to pay the entire month.

On one visit, the elevator was not functioning, requiring approximately one hour to address. On another visit the loading dock was blocked for about one hour. Cost to me about $300 total.

Horrible experience. Wrong inventory and store hours on website, employees and managers not trained, no phone at the Belmont location. No importance given to costumer satisfaction.

i rented Uhaul storage since 2009 and moved out 2 days ago. Half of my valuable stuffs damaged with water cuz of broken pipe Uhaul failed to informed me and just noticed it few months ago.

Made reservation over phone and I was told a storage unit would be available when I got there they didn't have any storage unit available. And no reason was given as to why no unit was available.
