Robert A | Primeras impresionesI appreciate how easy and fast closing out my storage was, thank you!
Angela M | Experiencia generalElevator a pain
Neil S | Experiencia generalSolo decir que todo el tiempo que ocupe el storage me senti seguro con mis pertenencias.pero les digo que es notorio que personas no autorisadas tienen acceso y son muy Sophia’s estas personas.
SERGIO P | Experiencia generalVery difficult to move in
Shannon S | Primeras impresionesBoth load in and load out were convenient. Used their connected moving help services to load in from a moving box. Had boxes and furniture in storage for a year on an upper floor, bottom unit. A few floor level boxes were a bit damp on the bottom-- might raise boxes to get air under id we did it again. Friendly staff. ( A few random bike riders in the space some days)
Barbara K | Experiencia generalWendy the manager was very unhelpful. MK employee went above and beyond
Randall S | Experiencia generalQuentin was amazingly helpful at the front desk!
Mumtaz K | Primeras impresionesThank you to Sarah for exceptional customer service.
STEPHEN S | Experiencia generalMuy buen lugar para almacenar y horarios convenientes los asociados son muy amables y atentos. Muchas Gracias U-Haul
Roberto B | Primeras impresionesMost staff were friendly and helpful. The was one front desk staff, dont know her name, person of color heavy set sand sat in a chair all day.. very rude. No personality. Creates her own rules that aren’t on the agreements, like asking for. I’d every single time you approach the desk, even to get the code for the bathroom she checks id. After a few months everyone knew me but she was still asking to verify my identity on my id. Which is against the law in CA to repeatedly ask for id after seeing it several times you reasonably know the person and id is unnecessary. And the former manager and others who stole my Apple products, 2 iPhones, 2 AirPods, and an iPad Air. Even after being caught red-handed they gave no explanation, no accountability or compensation despite some items being found in use in the facility by them.and no contact from the managers who I reported this to in writing. No response. Is that company policy?
Jeff M | Experiencia generalI stored here for several years and never once had a problem. parking is not easy so get there early and be patient while they move the trucks out of the dock. I was very happy with the experience. Never had an issue with the billing. All good.
Michael S | Experiencia generalHaving the first month free also was a bonus! The manager whim helped us was excellent and thorough. Facility was clean. I liked the fact that they had people outside that could be hired if needed.
robert d | Primeras impresionesJonathan was the team member who help us friendly guy, approachable, and understood exactly what was my concern? He assisted me professionally, and I left happy. Good people skills.
MARCO M | Experiencia generalI’ll never use U-Haul again.
Timothy M | Primeras impresiones
