The person who called me to confirm my appointment clearly needed some training. She called me to confirm, yet then proceeded to ask me my info, destination, name, address, order number, etc. as if she didn't have that information at all. Altogether a very confusing call and took a fair amount of my time during a busy work day.

I get it that helping people on a day to day basis is hard. I am currently in a role of customer service. And people can be awful. But the start of talking to some of the staff there is painful. I tried this self check in thing on this visit and it was the dumbest idea ever. You guys have got to figure that out before launching it... you just do not have the system to do that. But, I digress to the people in the front office. There is some kind of disconnect to service there that is just painful. I keep going back because it is the most convenient and I can always get what I need. But if something else were to come up I would switch my loyalty in a heartbeat. This survey focuses on the site and the vehicle, but your front line people at the desk are... frighteningly unprofessional and jaded.

Picked up a truck at 8am, had to be at 8:30 back home since I hired some movers. But at this location early in the morning they have one person both for checkout and returns, obviously a truck arrived returning their equipment while I had the truck's keys, but needed the blankets. The lady decided to do first the return of these other guys even if I arrived before them. Ended up arriving late back home due to this horrible experience. Avoid this location early morning or give you 45/60 minutes. They are really that slow. Note: I did check-in online before, that helped almost nothing.

The facility is managed exceptionally well. I've had no issues with the equipment, check out/ in, etc -- in fact, these have improved SIGNIFICANTLY at this location in the last few years. However, the location is surrounded by aggressive day workers, panhandlers, and homeless, and that makes it a challenge to recommend to others.

My uhaul experience was terrible at the Bryant location in sf...i own a moving company i just started about 7 months ago..i have used uhaul ever since i opened spending about $2200 a month for truck...i always go to the location by the Travelodge inn off market ..(that's the best uhaul location..alsome staff with alsome and helpful attitudes)...i picked up a truck from 1525 Bryant and it was problems from the beginning..so then do to my business i had to extend the truck which i do very often so i would try to pay over the phone my card was declined so i go in to the location and pay to extend...the next day same situation but i get a text after my card was supposely declined over the phone uhaul took 63.22$ out two different times..7 mins apart...i got to location no one sees the charges and no one got time to look at my bank statement...so i pay again because the truck was full of my customers stuff... because i had to stop and deal with this...then i call the 1800 number they don't see the charges and they can't look into it because only the location got my card information....i run around everywhere for 3 days trying to find out why this charges were taken out my bank 2 times so then..go in to extend again pay 55$ because I'm dealing with the charges that no one sees bit me and my bank and the next day they say i did not pay the 55$ the day before and bit once again it showed on my bank statement so finally the manager was there i showed him my bank statement for everything he was confused and didn't know..i made 3 different complaints through the 1800 number... They kept telling me someoñe would contact me within 3 business days and never heard from no one and still have no answers to my money being taking out my bank totaling 237$....NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND OR USE UHAUL AGAIN after my experience with this location......

After using the self check-in mobile app, you still need to wait in line for the key. I waited in line for the key but they did not have the key there either. Eventually I got the key by waiting outside for somebody. When the self check-in asked about mileage, I could not check it since I did not have the keys at the time. After reloading the web page on my phone it showed a next step of going inside and showing the employees a code on my phone for them to give me the key. Sounds like the mileage check and key retrieval steps are out of order.

We dropped off 20 min before closing on Sunday, and even though there was a huge line for dropoff the staff were organized and took care of us quickly, and carefully explained what to expect re: payment, receipt. Very proud fessional amd fast.

I made a reservation for a truck and everything was fine. in my reservation for an storage unit I had problems with the price; the quote that I got when I made my reservation was for a unit 10 by 5 by 8 the price given to me was $99.95 with confirmation number 708021-114250 the person who helped me was Adrian Ordaz whom presumed to be the manager on duty did not honor my reservation and charge me $114.95 which I think it's totally wrong. it portrays Uhaul credibility as a very bad one. I like to ask you to consider you respect the price Offered to me initially with my reservation and confirmation. I like to hear from you soon.
