Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulSomeone broke out the back of my storage unit and you guys never said a word about it. All of my stuff was covered in a thick layer of black dust. Someone also picked my lock. You guys raised the price almost immediately after I moved my stuff there too.
Paul K | Experiencia generalDecent facility, but the units are not the cleanest…If you find signs of *possible* mold, inspect and treat it aggressively.
Lynn B | Primeras impresionesCould not access my unit after the whole day moving. I had to drive back 60+ miles back.
Tomas N | Mudanza en líneaCalvin, the Manager, and Shavin gave outstanding service, they provided in helping me check out of my 3 storage units. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went right. What impressed me most was their attitude: “I’m here to help”. And they truly were. Please accept my sincere appreciation.for the excellent service they provided. Sincerely,
Doris J | Experiencia generalThis location has excellent service and management
Rebecca P | Mudanza en líneaStorage was not available from 5am -10pm, only 7-7 as per the office times.
Karla V | Experiencia generalThanks April for your help
Davida R | Primeras impresionesGreat service ,Thank You All!
DEANNA H | Experiencia generalThe hours did change without notice
Saqqara M | Experiencia generalUpon moving in, I was not given a lock at the front desk, had to return for it. Upon moving out, U-Haul did not complete the inspection of unit for more than a week, and I had to call to remind them. Additionally, it is written I can access into until 10pm, but employee informed me at 6:50 pm that I had 15 minutes before they were closing up and I needed to leave. Unclear and inconsistent.
Melissa F | Experiencia generalThe office staff was top notch. The best storage facility I’ve ever used. I will definitely use them again as well as refer family and friends to them!
