My only complaint is your billing system. The full month payment should not be required if a storage is not used for the full month. My unit was due Nov 3rd but I emptied it Nov 4th and the full payment was still taken out of my account. The office personnel was told the week before of my intention s. New requirements should be made for situations like this.
