My move out date was Friday November 29th not December 1st. I was told I was cleared and would get a receipt but never received it. I had to call in on December 1st because I got a bill. That's when I finally got a receipt.

It’s like the two locations were not communicating with each other but yet I was getting messages to go to one and they didn’t have what I needed so they sent me to the other one which is the one that I was originally supposed to go to.

Always said that the manager was the only one that could give me that refund after four attempts still no refund after I was told it would be refunded. Bathrooms were always a complete mess and stunk. Used as a storage place as well.
