Got thrown out for refusing to wear stupid face covering mask. Even after stating I had a medical condition per stupid VA governor decree. Employee wanna be thugs enjoyed throwing me out of the office. If this is they type of employees Uhaul hires, I'll never again give my business. I've rented 3 trailers in past 2 weeks, but will find other means to relocate items between my 4 properties.

Overall experience that day was horrible. I got a call in the morning telling me you changed my pick up location but wasn't told they would be closed and that I would have to do it with my phone. Stood outside trying to do it for about a half hour to no avail. I called uhaul and the woman was nice and tried to help me but then I had to go to the airline Blvd location. Then my pick up item I was getting with the uhaul, due to the delay at uhaul the place was closed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT DAY
While I was able to get my truck checked back in easily, the check in was completely unprofessional. The woman checking me in was rude and condescending. I also waited twenty minutes as only one of three workers were assisting customers. If I were her manager, I would have written her up for poor customer service and attempting to be combative with a customer.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable and attentive. Did online check-in and received my van within 5 minutes of showing up.
Mobile check out takes entirely too long and is a waste of time. Mobile check in is flawed and inconsistent needs to be updated. Uhaul needs 24-hour call line to answer question, emergencies, or solve issues when stores are closed. Overall customer service 3 out 10!

Inside of Trailer was full of dirt and I had to clean it before I could put my items in it. I returned it clean.
Good customer service
The service was good even though we are dealing with the COVD-19. The staff were well prepared for the social distancing as the line help protect them as well. They also had disinfectant available at each check out station.
I was charged for two gallons of gas. the vehicle was returned with more than the correct level of gas. it was on 7/8 of a tank when I brought it back but had just under 7/8 when I checked it out.
Online return had different instructions than what the facility wanted customer to do.
Was a quick process in renting the U-Haul trailer. I registered on the U-Haul site. Received e-mails from U-Haul that confirmed the reservation. The trailer was easy to tow and had no problems whatsoever.

I have always had excellent, friendly service here, both on pick up and drop off. The staff is very helpful, no matter how busy they may be. I drive past closer uhaul locations because of the reliable service I receive at this location.

Saturday morning employee(Black female) RUDE, ABRUPT, INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS re: truck given AND INCOMPLETE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS.WOULD RECOMMENDLOCATION, BUT NOT THIS EMPLOYEE!
One of the straps to tie the vehicle to the trailer was broken. Had to improvise a tie down.
Construction at the site seems to be taking a long time.
I walked in to inquire about a 15' truck rental. After waiting in line for several minutes an employee came in, sat down, answered the phone, ate some fries then asked if she could help us. I asked about the truck we were interested in and she rudely said " Ha! We have NOTHING, every truck is either out or reserved!!" My husband and I went out to the parking lot and reserved it online for a truck that was sitting right there on the lot, along with several other trucks. Rude and incompetent customer service in store!! With that aside the actual truck and my move we're great!!
Easy rental with Corona Virus safe distancing in place and well practiced. Easy check out and in, with very professional, courteous, and helpful staff.
How about have service personnel who want to work? They weren't busy but they sure didn't seem to want to assist in the return ??.
