a) DISAPPOINTED that I was UNABLE to see the storage unit or PREVIEW the unit prior to signing the contract although I was on site at the time. b) ADVERTISEMENT FOR FREE LOCK MISLEADING as representative at the store stated free lock issued only to those customers who reserved a unit online c) To my Dismay: AFTER renting the inside, climate-controlled storage unit, I was informed by the representative at the store that the outer door leading to my individual unit was broken (does NOT LOCK PROPERLY), has been broken for awhile, with no date known for repair, DECREASING THE SECURITY of the building as anyone off the street can enter the outer door of the unit (No PIN number or key card required). I hope this problem can be resolved very quickly. d) Representative at store reported a “mouse boot” is placed inside each climate controlled unit to capture any stray rodents (was Not aware this was a problem last time I rented a unit there).
