The back of the 26ft had beer cans and smelled like beer. We dropped it off after hours and I haven't stopped by to let my local dealer know. But the customer service was excellent

Way too many questions for additional add-on options during the reservation process. I also was unable to use online inventory to accurately reserve a truck. The original site I reserved it at did not have it, even though I was successfully able to reserve. I had to drive further away for the truck I wanted.

The associate at uhaul was 45 minutes late to arriving to work. I had a reservation with a 9am pickup time. I was not able to get in contact with anyone at the location. The uhaul 800 number instructed me that “just wait someone will come, they are probably stuck in traffic” which could be possible except it was a slow Sunday morning. Zero traffic. The overall vibe of the customer service 800 number was whatever. No apology. When the uhaul employee finally showed up to work 45 minutes late she did not apologize but instead i felt that I was the one who inconvenienced her. Totally terrible experience. Upon dropping off the truck a different person was there to “inspect”my truck. She used an iPhone to complete some info into a system where she was looking at the wrong truck ID and told me the gas level was full when I received it. Which it was not. After some back and forth I showed her my contract copy where she then said. Oh. Ok I have the wrong truck. Aside from the terrible customer service, the level of inconvenience was insane. I had scheduled movers to show up at a certain time. I was PAYING them for a time slow in which I was late to meet because a uhaul employee decided to come to work 45 minutes late. Worst experience ever!!

My overall uhual experience was terrible because the pickup truck share apps didn't work so I had to pickup a truck 13 miles away from my original pickup location which total 26 miles overall I had to pay for. I will never try truck share pickup again.

I was charged an extra 268 dollars after dropping off my UHaul. I was told this is a "wrong location drop off fee." The employee that rented me the vehicle never specified that I had to bring it back to the same location I rented it from. I've never heard of that before. I called the store to dispute the claim and they told me I had to take it up with corporate, and corporate told me I have to take it up with the store. I am disputing this charge through my bank.

My entire experience was horrible. I’ve delt with U-Haul before An was happy with their services so it’s not the company it’s location. The manager had great customer service but her employee Lovetta was horrible I WOULD NOT HAVE HER SITTING IN MY Establishment handling my customers. Wow storing my belongings in their storage unit they were destroyed due to a hole in the roof leaking water. Miss little b establishment handling my customers. This employee showed no empathy she acted as if she didn’t care like if it was not her property it was not her problem. When I came back to drop the U-Haul off she still had this this employee showed no empathy she acted as if she didn’t care like if it was not her property it was not her problem. You can tell she is only there for a check and does not care about her customers just by the way she dealt with me. You would think that she would trying to be as nice as possible considering that my belongings had just been destroyed by her department. But like I stated before the manager of this location had wonderful customer service she just was not in the day that this happened. The employee that I’ve dealt with Will Run off customers if she continues to run that store
