They really helped me out. Had already purchased a unit, but it was to small. I was able to get another unit with no problem.

This U-Haul facility was great but the locations I used in South Carolina to rent the equipment to come up to Virginia were absolutely awful, sent me to three separate locations to get a truck I reserved days prior, so unorganized and slow it was an absolute nightmare. As well as the truck I was given had multiple issues with the ramp and I almost broke my foot when the ramp pulled out too far and did not have a safety precaution to prevent this. Would never recommend U-Haul again and wish I could go back in time and go with another company.
