The staff and facilities are great. The multiple price increases were too much to justify continuing to keep the unit.

My experience was a very positive one due to the excellent customer service and care by the staff at your Pittsfield location. Both Amber and Justine were professional, outgoing and friendly which made this moving experience more enjoyable! There were a couple men who helped me in the retail store that were very nice too and I’m sorry I did not get their names. Thank you again! Keep up the great work!!! 🙌
HEATHER L | Overall ExperienceThe service was EXCEPTIONAL. I loved interacting with everyone they were so nice! Like I wanted to be friends with them outside of uhaul. Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that the exit doesn’t open for just a human. One time I was being picked up by the exit but it wouldn’t open and my ride didn’t have a phone so I had to go all the way around it was brutal. Also I’d definitely pay extra for a covered spot! Just saying :) Thanks again and will 100% use you guys again if I need to!

I wasn’t able to get half of my stuff into the storage unit last night because I had to go through a side door, which is too small for me to get my furniture in my storage unit my U-Haul truck is supposed to go back tonight And I’m not gonna have enough time because of the stuff that happened last night and then the alarm system went off last night on me because of my shelf that I had this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to have.
AARON B | First ImpressionsI arrived late Friday oct 18th 2024 I believe it was between 5pm at night and I am so horrible with names but the gentleman that was behind the desk and there was only 1 employee he was doing a handful of things to help customers but still wonderful enough to stop and tell me he would be right with me and once he did get to me he was above and beyond helpful and very friendly with all of my nonsensical questions 😀 don't ever get rid of this gentleman he was great 😀
