Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJustine Dus in the Pittsfield location is the worst management I have ever come across I had to contact her for an after hours emergency and she said why are you contacting me after hours on a weekend I'm with my grandbaby. Call during business hours and hung up on me. I was told by one of her employees that I had 24hr access to my unit she told me no one would ever tell me that?!! I could not finish moving and our belongings were stuck in the facility unsecured overnight. Anytime when having any interaction with her at all in the office location was always very unpleasant. She pushes her weight around with her employees as well. It's not a nice place to do business. Unfortunately we are very limited in this area for storage and truck rentals so there are not many options or I would definitely use a different company. Someone needs to look into her for sure.
BRENDA B | Experiencia generalThink the hours of the office and customer access should be 6:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Ellen C | Experiencia generalI give the workers at the U haul on West housatonic in Pittsfield the highest praise , they were kind , friendly, helpful and had great sense of humor , I've told friends and family all about them and if I ever need this again I will be going back . Thank you all .
BRENDA A | Experiencia generalOne gentleman is always extremely helpful and very friendly he's helped me many times. He was there the day I opened my unit I believe his name is Keith he's phenomenal! Very knowledgeable. I don't know that I'll be in need of storage again but I'd use West housatonic uhaul again and I definitely would use their service for renting a truck
Kaitlyn L | Experiencia generalEasy check in and facilities are clean and well maintained.
Kathy C | Primeras impresionesWe filled our storage unit 5 years ago and hadn’t touched it since. We emptied it yesterday and everything was exactly as we left it - not even dust on anything and we were on the second floor! It would be nice and helpful if the facility had an elevator but overall we would store here again if needed.
Sabrina G | Experiencia generalKeith is the best. Always friendly and helpful
BRITTANY R | Experiencia generalThe staff was extremely helpful. They get my fullest endorsement.
James E | Experiencia generalNot easy access and very expensive. Moved to a different facility that is drive up, larger , has 24 hour access and is 1/3 the price.
SUSAN S | Experiencia generalMove in was quick and easy, Storage for my high profile commercial vehicle was in the back, and gated, which made me feel better about security.
SUZANNE B | Primeras impresionesThe woman running the counter on Friday was awesome, knew her stuff and appeared to be a great leader of the team.
