JACKSON O | Experiencia generalYhe service was great but somehow the lock was broken by the manager, they call me and told me it was a mistake. Thay give me another lock keys and told me at the front desk that everything oinside was good and if I want to corroborate it I could go to check, of course I did! Fortunatelly all my stuff was there
Manuel G | Primeras impresionesThey day that I initially rented my storage unit , was not a good experience, but yesterday when I went close my unit, all 4 of your employees were extremely helpful, kind. They were very professional.
Kelli L | Experiencia generalNone of the associated mentions about this promotion. But they did mention about 1 month storage unit.
BRIAN P | Primeras impresionesThe gentleman who assisted me was very professional and helpful.
CRAIG T | Primeras impresionesI would recommend this facility to a friend if the employee (J) Jami C was not working there. Marcos was the other employee who was fabulous. He should either be the manager of the facility or the lead. Jami C was rude, when she asked me for my license to secure a cart, I chuckled and she asked, "What was so funny because I don't see anything funny". I didn't see the need for her comment and her aggressiveness. Again, Marcos was the best and I give him 5 stars. But I will not be back until J is no longer there.
dagmar m | Experiencia generalEmployees are kind and corteous
HINDA D | Experiencia generalUnit had several dead mice and tons of mouse poop all over my items, not temperature controlled as it was over 100 in the facility and water damage from ceiling that dripped into my unit. All items had to be thrown. Staff rude and unhelpful
Sheri S | Experiencia generalThe person helping me at the UHaul location in Philadelphia was so helpful and nice! He went out of his way to show me where the storage locker was located, how to access it, and what the access hours were. I really appreciate the help!
Barbara A | Mudanza en líneaExcellent service from all staff members. Busiest U-Haul facility I have ever encountered. Staff was prompt, professional and polite at all times.
JOE H | Experiencia generalvery inconcenient to lose access to loading dock and carts after office closes at 7pm. will not be recommending or returning to this location for this reason only.
MORGAN D | Experiencia generalThanks so much
CARLOS G | Experiencia generalMarcos was extremely helpful & informative!!
GERALD B | Primeras impresionesAccess code did not work. Also, the Desk clerk was not willing or unable to accommodate my special needs. Elevated the issue to a higher level and they were able to accommodate me with no problems.
