ANTONIO M. | Overall ExperienceBy far the best customer service i've received from any business in philly. everyone on the staff is kind, respectful and knowledgeable about the self storage units as well as the cargo vans and trucks. This will be the only u haul i recommend to my friends! i will be a forever customer. and a special shout out to the storage unit manager at the allegheny location. he went above and beyond to find me a store unit that was able to fit all of my belongings..this was extremely helpful since i was going through a stressful home transition. ALL EMPLOYEES THERE NEED A RAISE AND A BONUS ASAP FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!
ATHENA T. | First ImpressionsThe alignment on the truck I received was acutely off. I got into a 3 car wreck. The staff at Uhaul admitted it was there fault. I have been asking for this in writing for the past 24 hours and it has not occurred. I am contacting my lawyer and the police department.

amanda d. | Overall ExperienceI brought the van that I rented back late and was charged an extra $20, which I am ok with, but I have issue that I was charged for an extra day of the "insurance" the truck was left in the U-Haul parking lot and the keys were turned in and therefore, I had no access to the vehicle. Not pleased. This and the fact that I cannot access my unit beyond business hours.
