I have always had good experiences with this location & u haul as a whole! I have issue with billing corporation wise as to return of unused monies! U blame on the bank but refunds as not done timely! 3-5 days is nonsense! Show me transaction code for refund,bank has not received monies yet. I want interest on my money you are holding!

My u-haul ttuck air stop working. It was to hot that day

I rented 10 "truck at Allegheny location and drove truck 1 block to load furniture. After furniture loaded and ready to move truck would not start. Walked back to uhaul, rep stated I had to call uhaul roadside. On hold 20 minutes with roadside and flagged down someone to give us a jump. I paid good samaritan $10 for help. Truck started and we were able to move furniture to destination and return truck. I am very dissatisfied with service. I will be speaking to manager on Monday 10/7/2019 Susan Singh to see about some reimbursement. Very FRUSTRATED that uhaul facilities did not have jumper box and left us hanging.

They asked me to take a picture of my driver's license and send to a link? Of course my phone did not load the picture...The customer service rep should take drivers license/payment not ask the customer to do this.

Was told by staff that my gas was low (which it wasn't ... I had just filled it up). Staff member offered to forget about additional fees if we left a tip to him... seriously? Felt like we were getting scammed for cash. Won't use U-Haul again after bad experiences at pickup and dropoff.

staff was distracted, discourteous, and bordering on rude. Wait time to check out my equipment was ridiculously slow. If using the online app was supposed to save half my time, I guess that I would have had to wait 1 1/2 hours instead of 45 minutes, and there was a line behind me!

The truck was not ready for us. I'd done the online check in to have it ready. The dollies we ordered were not inside and then they realized they didn't even have a furniture dolly available for us. Then when we went to the truck, it was dirty. We had to clean out garbage and sweep so as not to get what looked like sheet rock dust (a lot of white all over floor of truck) on our belongings. We were told the tank was full and this was indicated on our check in sheet, but there was actually less in the tank so we had to go back inside to have the sheet corrected. It was not a good experience and we would not recommend Uhaul based upon this.

How is charged an extra day because no one took the time to tell me that the truck was due back at the same time it was picked up when I was at the location. I am extremely upset about this because I would have never kept it past the time it was due if I would have known. I asked for a refund and I am being given a hard time I went from you all the time and this is never happened before I wasn't even told that I was late when I returned the truck I found this information out through my bank statement after being charged for a late return all I was told was that I went over my mileage I agreed and happily paid it as well as the gas being put back to its original place I was still charged for gas when I already put gas in the truck.

When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told that there was no reservation for me (Ressie #27198411). This was despite the fact that I had received 2 calls from UHaul. One to ask if it was OK if I was given a box truck instead of a van, and another confirming my rental. I had to begin a whole new transaction. Luckily, there was a truck for me. When I called the Uhaul #, I was told that there was a reservation for me, but the agent at the rental location said he did not have it.
