So when I first got the unit couldnt get to it unless I went downstair and carry my stuff by hand because the gate wouldnt open. So then they gave me a larger storage unit that I didnt need. I wasnt avout to carry those tire chains down there and no help was offered. I think this place was not the best option. Its cool wasnt much stuff in the storage unit.

However, there were some concerns upon arrival there was no one at the desk and when customer inquired she was consistently told by the gentlemen in the yard to just wait a minute. After around 10 minutes someone final arrived to provide service. Apparently, the staff appeared to be concerned about getting off work as evident in there responses during this encounter.

My experience was exceptional. Eddie Duperoy, the representative/salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely rent from this location again. Eddie deserved a 10 Star but 5 is the highest rating!

Vehicle had graffiti all over outside. Vehicle had maintenance issues, stalled twice, headlight was out. Reported it to assistant mgr at pick up and was told to take vehicle as is or find another location. Provided incorrect Corp number. Illegally Double charged after in person drop off with inspection. second charge included false cleaning and fuel charges. Requesting follow up from Corp customer service

would be 5 stars if not for the young gentleman with an attitude. the other two were excellent and I know the one with the attitude was the one who took my call and put me on permanent hold. when i drove there a few minutes later he was doing nothing but whining and giving customers an attitude and passing them on to the other 2 people. he could have at least been answering calls

When you have a confirmed reservation, honor it. Don't wait until customer arrived to say the van wasn't working, then you have to wait to check out a different truck, and get one with no gas.

When I arrived to pick up the car-carrier trailer I was told they did not have the wiring harness to connect the trailer and the truck. I had to drive to the nearest auto parts store to purchase wiring harness myself. Then the employees at Uhaul had to strip and connect the wiring harness so it could be used.

The customer service person at this site was very professional and apologetic for what the site lacked, he was the only person present and had a line of customers, he explained that the vehicle was very dirty and offered to clean it, but he had a line of customers after me. You can improve by have adequate staff at this location.

The mobile pickup did not work. Had to wait 45 minutes for the location to open instead of picking up my keys from the mobile pickup box. Confirmed 3 times the day before with Uhaul that my mobile pickup was setup. Asked for some sort of credit at the counter since mobile pickup didn't work and I had to sit and wait until they opened. Was told there was nothing they can do. Location was fine but the botched mobile pickup service will keep me away from uhaul in the future

First the vehicle that was reserved was a van. Second the pick up location was not the initial location which would have been much closer to where it was needed. Third the amount was way more than what I was originally quoted. The attendant gave me a price and I questioned it but he said it was the correct price, I needed the vehicle so I bit my lip. After the contract was signed he gave me the keys and told me to go outside that the vehicle would be right there. I went outside and started to look at the vans but none of the numbers matched the number on the key, which I am assumed had to match up although he never mentioned it. I go back inside and let him know that I could not find the van. That is when he said it is not a van it is a truck. I advised him that I rented a van not a truck. He said that none of the vans were for out of town rentals. I believe I was a victim of bait and switch and was not happy. I probably will think twice before I rent from UHaul again. Very disappointed.

More employees working - my scheduled time was for 10 am and I did not get my vehicle until almost 11:30 am. I also returned the vehicle with tooooooooo much gas and would had like to have some kind of reimbursement but did not get one. If a customer returns a vehicle w/o enough gas - they charge you - but when you return it with too much - it's like too bad.ðŸ˜'

Customer service representatives did not have on name tags & were all rude and ignorant. Hispanic guy made racial comments to my son & other African American customers in store. The. African American guy was playing hip hop music on his cell phone and was engaged in personal phone calls while store was full of customers. My son had the Police called on him by a customer service rep who stated he was armed with a gun inside the store. My son was embarrassed & humiliated. Would not recommend & will not be using this Uhaul location again. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this location due to the confliction my son encountered.

Only 1 person working on a busy Saturday. I arrived at 5:15 for a 5:30 contactless pickup which was not contactless I had to go in and the 1 rep spent 45 mins helping the 1 customer in front of me get his pick up truck wired outside. Left us all in the building with no eta on his return.I was finally checked in at 6 pm. There should always be at least 2 people working especially on the weekends!

The customer service at this location was absolutely horrendous. We waited 20 minutes as there was no one at the counter. Four employees come strolling out the back giggling and completely unconcerned with the line of customers waiting to be attended to. No apology, no comment. You would think they were doing us a favor and we weren't paying for a service. The same happened when trying to return the vehicle. I will never use this location again. Truly terrible experience. I was moving in July 31st and I booked a Uhaul about a month before. With the original Uhaul that I booked, I needed to change the time, so I chatted with a representative online who said she would change the time for me. Unfortunately, she changed the time to 8 pm on July 31st when I wanted 8 am, and by the time I called to change the reservation again, they said that all of the trucks were booked and I had to change to an alternative location, which I did. However, a few days later, I received a call stating that I had to change to yet another location, taking me very much out of my way. Once again, I agreed, ensuring that, this time my reservation was confirmed. However, on July 29, less than 2 days before I was set to move, I received another call that they could not fulfill my order, and that they could only give me a smaller truck at 1:30 pm on July 31. I was on the phone with multiple different customer service representatives who were rude and unable to help me resolve my issue, though it didn't seem like they even tried to help me. My move was incredibly difficult and stressful, though it didn't have to be, due to the treatment that I received in using UHaul's service.s I am absolutely outraged by the way I have been treated by the Uhaul employees and the inconvenience that they have put me through. I have never had issues with moving companies, and, especially after confirming that my reservation was set, I am furious that it was, once again, cancelled. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it to any of my family members or friends who are moving in the future. I don't know how a company can be so unreliable and rude to their customers, especially when booking in advance and having their reservation "guaranteed." It really just reflects back on the management of this company and the lack of priority that they place on their customers.
