The manager was very helpful and the staff knowledgable about u haul operations. It was a very good experience.

Use an unstaffed location for her freshman year with no problem but year 2. All her stuff was stolen. Staff wasn't helpful when dealing with that situation

I was emailed several invoices showing my refund. Several days later, I have not seen my refund nor does anyone in the office answer the phone during normal business hours.
